Matt came to clean the carpet in our home, and did an excellent job. Very professional, gave good advice, and was friendly with our dog. Even though our carpet is older, you can really tell the difference. We didn't realize how much pet hair was lingering! Highly recommend this service. Thanks Matt!

I give Bay Breeze Chem-Dry 5 stars and would give them more if I could! Rita got me an estimate quickly and set me up with next day service. Then Josh came in and put his whole heart into getting my sectional looking brand new - he even hand scrubbed everything first to make sure that he got every nook and cranny! Quality work done promptly and efficiently!

A big thank you to Bay Breeze Chem-Dry, David and Matt, they did a great job. Cleaning all the carpet at my Church, Emmanuel Lutheran on Ft. Smallwood Rd, in Pasadena. They were great to work with and very knowledgeable about the carpet and getting it clean. They were on time and were very courteous to the parents and children coming in to the daycare in our building. They kept the safety of the children first. Carpet looks great! Matthew was wonderfully fast and efficient. He was very knowledgeable about proper care and gave suggestions on spot cleaning (very necessary with 2 dogs). There is no fragrance in the cleaner, which is awesome for those of us with chemical sensitivities. My stairs look great despite being old and tired and I will 100% use Bay Breeze again.

Amazing company and impeccable service. My experience was great from beginning to end. It started with my first telephone call to Bay Breeze to schedule an appointment. Rita answered the telephone and was attentive from beginning to end. She made sure all of my needs were covered. They called me 30 minutes before the appointment and arrived exactly on time as they quoted. Matt arrived and greeted me with a smile and was so professional personable.

I felt like I was speaking with a friend I knew for years. He came in and conducted the job in no time and was out the door. I will use this company again and I will refer to others. Than you Bay Breeze for a wonderful experience.
