Moved into our house 4.5 years ago with some original carpet(2002) and some existing stains. Got Omar to come give me a quote, and was shocked at how affordable it was. Our realtor recommemded Omar and his team. They provided excellent service and great communication. Omar scheduled us in right away to clean the carpets on our new home before we moved in our furnishings. The tech showed up right on time, gave us an affordable price up front, and offered some options. He was friendly and worked hard removing stains. The carpets look beautiful!

Great guys that really get the job done. Darren and Omar are fantastic at taking care of the customer. I have used them a few times, and it seems to get better every time. When something does come up, it is handled professionally and quickly. What's really nice, is that they are budget friendly so they give you a solid estimate to make things easier. They will make recommendations but ultimately it is up to you. If you are looking to get your carpets cleaned, this would be a place that I would highly recommended.

I finally found out why people are so happy with Chem-Dry. Chem-Dry uses the same basic system on your fine home rugs, carpets, and furniture that is used to remove a drop of wine from the finest silk shirt. Even Chuck from Kindred Spirits restaurant today was commenting on how wonderful his carpets smell after being serviced by Omars crew at Chem-Dry of tri-cities. If you're thinking of having your carpets cleaned or surprising your mother-in-law for Mother's Day, I wholeheartedly endorse Omar and Chem-Dry of tri-cities.

Chem-Dry of Tri-Cities was so easy to set up an appointment. They were courteous and Jordan arrived within the time window promised. Jordan did a fantastic job exceeding expectations. We have five dogs, with two intact males, so the stain challenge was substantial. By the time Jordan was done, it looked like we had new carpeting; in a way I guess we did. Omar helped us restore some very very smelly, cigarette smoke-infused persian rugs recently. He collected them from us, worked carefully and diligently to clean them, made sure to keep us informed when issues arose (pet urine stains p.u.), and returned them to us neatly rolled and ready to display. ChemDry is incredible! Darren called me about 15 minutes away and he hit the door running! The carpets look fresh, clean and ready for my 9 month old to crawl around on! We had a couple elderly dogs and cats that had bladder control issues. The spots, odor and foot traffic has disappeared! Darren had everything wrapped up so quickly, I barely had time for a nap! Darren was.early. When is a contractor early?! He was professional, pleasant, got right on task for which I was grateful as I had a lot of painting to do after carpets dried. Carpets dried in 2 hours so I got an earlier than I estimated start on painting. He called me 20 minutes out from arriving at the condo. Even helped my husband lug up a bed in a box up a flight of stairs to boot! Wonderful business!

They cleaned a vacant house that is to be sold. I haven't seen it, but everyone who has, reports to me that it looks great; it has been years since it was cleaned, and that was a standard cleaning without all if the extras! The door was supposed to be unlocked for them when they came to clean, but it wasn't. The man who I spoke with was very pleasant even though he had to wait nearly an hour for someone to let him in. Highly recommended this company.

We bought a house with cream colored carpet and it had very noticeable brown track marks from where the previous owners walked. The carpet looks brand new and smells AMAZING! Smells fresh without a super strong odor. I called and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. Not only does the carpet look great, but I dont have to worry about my little ones absorbing the toxic chemicals, as their products are all green and non toxic with no dirt attracting residue. We had a roommate move out recently who had gum in the carpet and a terrible odor left behind. Chemdry came this morning (a day after we called) and not only is the carpet as good as new, I let them know our cat was put away and they offered to let her out when they left since we were at work. I felt like they took great care of our home and went above and beyond! He even left us a spot cleaner! 100% would recommend!

Chem dry cleaned a recliner i had gave up on so well it looks like new! my carpets are great i clean them every year. if you dont clean your carpet every year and wait 3-5 years between cleanings its your fault for not taking care of them if they cant get them done like new they are not magicians! the men are professional and on time if you have a emergency they will get you in asap! i highly recomend them! also no harsh chemicals for pets! thank you chem dry! omar, jordan, wyatt and evan you rock!

Had our carpets cleaned from Chem-Dry a few weeks ago and they turned out great! It is a commercial account and some of the stains in the carpet were oil based and using his residue dryer and cleaning pads he was able to lift all the stains that were of concern. We did have a couple small stains that did come back that were really bad prior.so I gave him a call and he made an appointment right away came in and touched up the areas that needed to be touched up. He is very respectful and professional and most of all on time! I would recommend Chem-Dry to anybody that needs their carpets cleaned.
