Because we were moving in, we needed a company who could clean our carpets immediately for a fair cost. Even though Tracey had to rearrange their schedule, Meeks ChemDry was there on the spot. Our technician was friendly and knowledgeable, as well as meticulous in getting our rugs clean. He worked around some unexpected problems to complete the job, and for that I am very thankful. I would recommend them, as well as use them again.

First time using Meek's Family Chem-Dry. They did a great job. Three bedroom carpets cleaned. One of the rooms carpet is pretty old but they made it look brand new again.

I really appreciate Chem-Dry's service. The technician came to remove some dye stains from my carpet, left by some new blue jeans and black jeans. He got the dye out completely and left me some cleaning products exclusive to the company. It also surprised me that the technician remembered certain things about my health, so was very careful what he chose to use on my carpet. That was a plus!

Dylan came this afternoon, January 9, 2024 and cleaned my living room carpet and recliner. Protectant was also applied. He was friendly, prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. Ive lived here in Sun City for 3 years and havent had the carpets cleaned until now. The charge was just over $170. Dylan recommended it be done annually. Will call them again January 2025.

They were able to get stains out of my carpet that been there, who knows how long, before I started living in the duplex. Absolutely great service! Professional and friendly service technician. He cleaned two area rugs and a upholstered chair that had many watermarks. He treated the water marks twice and wasnt sure that they were going to come out. I woke up this morning to a beautiful chair without a single spot. Highly recommend this company! The service provided was exactly the same same services that I had requested. The worker was courteous and professional. He identified himself and I took his temperature. He was patient and receptive as I inquired if he has been tested for Covid-19. I asked if he has been tested and if he has been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for the virus.

He reported that he has not been exposed to anyone who has tested positive. After answering all of my questions appropriately, he began working on the task at hand. He did an excellent job. I will gladly refer Meek's Chem-Dry services to another family member or to anyone else who is interested in the services that Meeks can provide. The worker earned 5stars out of 5stars. I paid him. This was our second time to have Meek's clean and sanitize our carpets. They also cleaned upholstery the first time we used them. Unlike other cleaning services, their promise of quick drying is true. Also, stains they remove don't reappear. The technicians who have done the work were friendly and professional. Finally found the business we will always use.

When we moved into our place, we weren't real impressed with the carpet. We knew it had been cleaned, but if that was as clean as it got, then maybe we need to change it. But we asked another company to clean it again, and we just sighed and thought about new carpet. A few years later (we don't decide quickly) we had company coming and contacted Chem-Dry.

The difference was dramatic. The edges near the wall looked better than they ever have. This last experience was our second one, and it wasn't a fluke. Again, our carpets look so clean. They don't take a long time. Drying time was a bit longer than we expected, but it was a humid day. (Who can predict Texas weather in January?)

The Meek's Family Chem-Dry did an AWESOME job on my mom's carpet! The gentleman was on time; extremely considerate and very personable. He even explained about the cleaning/sanitation process for cleaning the carpet after mom's 13 year old dog had left his mark everywhere. :0 The carpet is so clean, smells fresh and the dog's mark's are all taken care of! Russell and Keith were so helpful. They spoke to me, and Keith came out that morning, and were HONEST. Unfortunately my stain in my marble is too deep for them to pull out, but I appreciate their quick response and honest service. Would def use in the future to prevent any damage!
