Quick and efficient is how I describe this company. The tech was very knowledgeable about leather and very respectful and kind. Same with tools that were non destructive to the house and furniture. He explained how to maintain my leather couches and how to keep them reconditioned for the future. I 1000% recommend this company for any of your carpet or upholstery cleaning needs.

Great job done on our berber very dirty carpet including stairs. It hadn't been done for years in anticipation of removing it. We've had two senior dogs for the last 1.5 years and for 1 year in 2020. Though they are still good for outdoor training and shed little, they lay on the carpet leaving oils, hair behind. My husband (untrained!) has to wear shoes in the house so he carries dirt and kitchen floor spills as well as outdoor dirt on the bottom of his shoes. The tech worked hard to clean it and I wish I had before photos to show the difference. The cost was reasonable.

Calgary Chem-Dry provided an exceptional carpet cleaning service, and Steven called ahead to confirm the appointment - he was on time, provided a very accurate quote, and the service was exceptional. The carpet, including stairs, had not been cleaned in many years, and it now looks as good as new. We are very impressed with the service and result. I would highly recommend this company - 5 stars!

I was in need of a semi-urgent dryer duct cleaning, and was able to get an appointment the next day. Hugo was on time (could even come earlier if I was home) and very pleasant and informative. My carpets had not been cleaned in about four years. We had pet stains, a vomit stain and high traffic stains in our lite beige carpets and they were able to get them all out. Initially they used a blue light for locating stains and were able to find stains I was unaware of and did an excellent job of removing them. Using a disinfectant in their cleaning process to kill bacteria leaves the carpets clean and smelling fresh. I have used other carpet cleaning companies but was left unsatisfied with the job they did. I would defiantly recommend Chem-Dry. Job well done.

I had phoned in last minute as the previous company cancelled. The customer service rep over the phone was amazing and responsive in a timely manner. Hugo, is very punctual, professional and very detailed in his work. He was polite before arriving, kept myself in the loop of what he needed and what would be the end result. I needed cleaning and sanitizing in a hurry. They accommodate the time, they took a few hours to get to my place but they were the only ones to provide service in a short notice.
