Update: Had to call them a second time today, and they were at my door and I was back inside in less than half an hour! 100% recommended if you're in or near Thurston County. Original review: Highly recommended if you're looking for local locksmith service in Thurston County! I locked myself outside after hours today, and they were at my door in Lacey within a half an hour. A few minutes of quick work later, and I was warming up inside. I hope I don't need to call again soon, but I am definitely saving their card and number!

Jumpstarts and Lockouts had excellent service and communication from start to finish. William successfully cut two of my Buick keys despite running into issues at first that were weather related. He clearly communicated the price upfront, drove to me, and very helpfully explained what he was doing when I was curious about the process. At no point did I feel uninformed about what needed to happen and he got everything done!

We recently moved to very rural Yelm, and while my mom was helping us move furniture she managed to lock her keys in her truck. Not just her keys, but purse, cellphone, basically her whole life. I called 2 locksmiths local to Yelm and neither answered their phone. This company answered on the 2nd ring, and while we were outside of his service area, he jumped to our rescue making it here in less than 90 minutes. I work in Olympia and will be keeping his card in my wallet because that type of customer service is greatly appreciated and will be the first company I call.

I accidentally locked my keys in the trunk, and my fianc and brother were having a hard time trying to get the car open (the whole car locked), I called for help, and they responded right away! The guy said about half an hour, but it felt sooner than that which we were very grateful! It was also Halloween night, and he was able to get it open in less than 10min. The price was also worth it! We called for help after locking our keys in the vehicle. Even though it was early in the morning and the roads were awful due to the snow storm he made it to us in about a half hour!
