We were very happy with Chem-Dry. For their minimum fee they came to our home and expertly cleaned two cloth covered chairs and an ottoman. The experience was very pleasant from the first phone call to schedule to their on time arrival to do the job.

I had a great experience with Chem-Dry! Their team was polite, professional, and arrived on time. They did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my home, leaving them looking and feeling fresh. I appreciated their attention to detail and care for my space. I highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again in the future!

5+ stars. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done on my Persian rugs. Lets see: fresh smell, clean/bright look, raised nap, and more. The processnew to mewas really minimally invasive and did not soak the rugs or floors. Later, I will send the rugs out, one at a time, for hand washing and finishing. Customer service was superior: everything moved along smoothly.

All the folks I worked with at SOUTH SHORE CHEM-DRY were courteous, efficient, and personable. I heartily recommend this business, which I dont do lightly as I am particular about services. Thank you!

I have been using these guys for 5 or years. Always fantastic service. I told Dave my granddaughter was visiting next week and she was very allergic. I've been using South Shore Chem Dry for years! Dave and Karen are the best so professional they are so easy to get a hold of and can typically get appointments within the same week. I highly recommend them. They do a fantastic job.

I am absolutely DISGUSTED and EMBARRASSED that it has taken me so long to have my couches cleaned. From the very first phone call to the actual visit I was blown away by the customer service and outcome. Kelly went above and beyond answering any and all of my questions. I explained to her that I was on a time crunch and she was able to get me scheduled within the SAME week! Brian was incredible, communicative, respectful and knowledgeable are just the few words I would use to describe him.

Once the process was completed, I could tell they were just beautiful. They almost look brand new. I didnt really care if the stains were taken out, I just needed it to smell better. Shocker, they smell and look PHENOMENAL! Water stains, almost gone. I am so happy and thankful I trusted south shore chem dry with my couches. I was so hesitant and stressed that the final product would be horrible but not the case. I cant recommend them enough.

Brian and Dave just cleaned a large sectional, velvet chaise sofa, and linen window seat for me. All came out beautifully. They are an awesome team and truly cared about bringing my furniture back to life, freshened and clean. I am thrilled.

What a wonderful experience! Father and son arrived promptly, were very friendly and professional, and did an amazing job on my couches and rugs! My couches had stains on them and remnants of tape I had put on to deter my cats from scratching they were a mess. They look like new couches! I couldnt believe the difference. I asked if they thought a special treatment for cats/allergies would be best and they said no, they did not think I needed to spend the extra money, that the regular cleaning would do the trick. I was very appreciative that they did not try to rope me into a more expensive treatment than I needed. Very pleased indeed!

Below is the review I left a couple of years ago, but South Shore Chem Dry just keeps getting better and better! Brian and Dave came yesterday and cleaned two couches, two club chairs, a braided kitchen rug and a wall-to-wall in my family room. It's all done impeccably and without any undue disruption. They kept going right through a tornado warning!

Everything was so fresh and clean. Plus, I had some adhesive residue from a carpet label on one of my rugs, and Dave got a special solvent and brush and - VOILA - like new! These are the best people ever. Kelly and Karen do the admin and scheduling. Thank goodness, Kelly called me the day before with a reminder, because I had placed the WRONG date on my calendar. After finding out last minute that we were having friends come to see our home for the first time, I knew that I had to call South Shore Chem-Dry. Dave and Brian did an amazing job cleaning our hardwood floors. Brian went above and beyond and even cleaned our front porch (which was covered in pollen). It was completely unexpected! Dave told us that Brian didnt want anyone tracking in pollen on our freshly cleaned floors.

This goes to show that they truly care about what they do and their customers. I love supporting local businesses, but it can be hard to find one that provides good customer service. Dave came to my new condo on time and ready to roll. We walked around, pointed out a few stains and pet dander from the previous owner and he got right to it. Making all my hardwood floors and carpets look brand new. Dave is professional and friendly and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to others. Found them through a google search and utilized their services based on good reviews. First off, the employee who booked the appointment was very thorough and transparent about pricing. The owner showed up right on time on the weekend to the house we just purchased. He went the extra mile to make sure the carpet looked amazing and discussed with me that it would look better but might take slightly longer to dry. I appreciated his transparency as well. Overall everything came out amazing, everyone was professional, and well priced. Highly recommend their services.

South Shore Chem Dry was great! Our puppy had made a spot on our brand new rug, they came out and lifted the stain. When it dried, a dirt ring had formed around the spot so I called them back. The best in the business! Professional, thorough, careful attention to detail and the nicest people to work with. Had our bi-annual cleaning of our couches, club chairs and rugs and all look and smell fabulous. If you have a cleaning emergency (I spilled coffee on my white rug) they will work hard to get someone to you ASAP. They saved my rug! Highly recommend!

Dave was absolutely awesome! He just left my house and my carpets and my couch look almost brand new! He helped with my dog's accidents and did an amazing job with that as well. We bought a new reclining couch and one of the cats decided to mark his territory multiple times. We called South Shore Dry Chem and got a quick response and appointment. Dave came out and immediately put as at ease that the horrible odor we thought was permanent, would be gone when he is done. He told us he would continue to retreat the area until the odor is gone no matter how long it takes. Fortunately for us, the initial few treatments did the trick! Dave is such a hardworking, likable guy, that we felt like wed known him forever! He is someone wed highly recommend to anyone that needs any type of cleaning job done. We are so grateful to Dave!

Just had a great service visit from Dave at South Shore Chem Dry! Initial phone call with Karen was polite, knowledgeable and super helpful. Guided me through the info needed to give an estimate over the phone and schedule the right service. Got a date within the next week! Showed up on time, introduced himself before entering my house and explained exactly what equipment he'd be using and how long it would take.very professional and neat.

End result was a very reasonable fee for very clean carpets and my 'white' sectional couch, or as I refer to it as my very expensive dog bed. Service was done at 3-5pm and by next morning everything was perfectly dry and smells so clean and fresh! Will definitely refer to my clients and friends getting ready for those spring cleaning efforts. Thank you Karen & Dave!

Dave was very friendly, informative and professional. He was able to come earlier than expected (which worked great for us) and communicated via call/text. Our wall-to-wall carpeting existed when we moved-in and it was looking dingy and didn't smell very fresh. Our dog also got ill on one of the rugs and we weren't able to clean it ourselves. Now, the rugs look brand new!

All the stains from before we moved-in, as well as our dog's accident, are gone. They smell fresh and they aren't soaking wet like I've experienced w/ other companies. For the past two years, South Shore Chem Dry has been cleaning my carpets. I cannot say enough about the quality of service at a very reasonable price. Dave and Karen are an absolute pleasure to do business with. My entire home, except the kitchen and baths, has wall-to-wall carpet. The carpeting is only a year old but in order to maintain the manufacturers warranty, the carpets need to be professionally cleaned once a year. Dave came out to do the estimate and answered all my questions. He gave me honest responses and at no point did a high pressure sales pitch.
