Bobby is knowledgeable, reliable, respectful, trustworthy, and just a genuine caring guy. These are not words I just throw around, but he is among the few that will earn them from you too. He truly will take care of you and your needs. I have used other pool companies in the past and the experience is night and day. in fact, when Bobby came out he spotted the crummy work of the other company and fixed it for free.
I will never use anyone but Bobby again. I don't generally write reviews, but had to after dealing with them. There are not enough nice things I can say to make anyone fully comprehend just have above and beyond Bobby is.

FINALLY! A pool company that communicates, listens and provides exceptional customer service to its clients. I was hesitant to refurbish my pool, but the Pool Repair Guys expertise and recommendations made me decide to go for it. I do not regret it whatsoever. I love my new pool and my kids LOVE the new heating system that Bobbie installed. If Google had a 10 star scoring system, Id give the Pool Repair Guy an 11.

Had this company 'The Pool Repair Guy' renovate my pool & spa and what a terrific job they did! From advice on what to do, help with choosing tiles (ps. went for the glass tiles) to checking on pool after all work was complete - the owner Bobby deserves a 10 out of 10 for his work and attention to detail. Thanks Bobby for an absolutely fabulous pool & spa PS. Love the coloured lights on in the evening - just finishes it off!

Our pool was looking tired and the bottom was rough. We had decided it was time to refinish it. I was at my neighbors house and looking at their pool I asked them if they had it redone as it really looked nice. They said that they had it redone about 5 years ago by The Pool Repair Guy and they highly recommended him. I got the number and called. Bobby responded very quickly and was out to our house with samples within a couple days.
He explained the process and was helpful with suggestions to keep us within our budget, definitely did not try to up sell us on anything. We scheduled the job and it was around a week from Bobby's visit. His crews were friendly and efficient. Bobby Personally came out for the startup and told us about filling out a form for the water so we would get credit from the water bill.
Fast forward about 3 weeks and my 20 year old pool pump started getting noisy. I texted Bobby on Tuesday and he gave us a price. I asked him to go ahead and schedule it. He said how about Thursday, I said great. His guy arrived Thursday afternoon and got it done quickly. He also was friendly and helpful. I would definitely use him again.

My pump was leaking and needed to be replaced. Bobby responded promptly and had the new pump installed the next morning. He is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Dwayne installed the pump and he did a great job. I love the new pump. It is so quiet and more efficient. I will be calling Bobby for all my future pool repairs. Services Pump repairs & installation

Bobby was so great. I called on a Sunday and got a respectful business voicemail. Within an hour Bobby texted me that he was on a job, but because it was an emergency (to me) he gave me helpful advice throughout the afternoon to help me troubleshoot my problem via text. He asked nothing in return. He has won my business here on out. How can you put a dollar figure on a person who truly cares about his craft?
If I could give more than 5 stars to this business I would. I also expect at this level of customer service he should be charging above his competitors (I should know, I called 5 other companies who have yet to call me back.).

Bobby simply knows how to run a great business. He is on-time, honest, and reliable. We went through 4 different pool repair companies, who were always late and could not figure out what the problem was with our pool. We found Bobby on Google and he came in and saved the day! Very reliable company with reasonable price and great customer service! I have a vacation home in FL and had a communication issue with my property management company. Had to call Bobby for a solution for the pool pump. He offered us a great service with reasonable price to the pool pump when I gave a short notice. Job was done first with photos and invoice to be sent for the payment. We are very happy with Bobby and recommend anyone to try them before you go for others.

I am very impressed with the professionalism of this company. From first contact on the phone with Natasha, she was VERY informative and left nothing out that could sneak and up catch us by surprise. She is kind, courteous and very helpful. Our pump was literally screaming, and they were out so quickly and changed it out without a hitch. Willie the technician who did the work was also a very nice guy, he was sure to ask if we had any questions before or after the work was done.
It is truly amazing to find a company where the customer is truly a priority. I will definitely spread the word and if we need anything else in their realm of expertise we will call them for sure.
