Everything positive from start to finish. Jim, who we met with first was professional and focused on facts, not sales. Ellie, our project manager, was timely and accurate in her communications. Work crew was right on time, professional, and accurate in communications about project. From our (non-professional) assessment everything looked wonderful. More importantly, work passed city inspection with flying colors. Cost was well within our expectations. Highly recommended.

4 PROJECTS NOW COMPLETED I have used Craftsman for my Windows (MN made by the way), my siding (Life Time Warranty). And now due to some bad storm damage they saved the day again and. Completing my roof and gutters they are the best. From Jay the representative who first came out both my crews who came out, to Ellie my fantastic coordinator they were quality!

The team even worked when it was super hot 98* I brought them lemonade but man the work ethic kudos! Thank you so much. Very thankful to have found you in the top consumer reports and the relationship we now have!

Craftsman helped us with our modern farmhouse remodel (built in '78) by installing 10+ Marvin fiberglass windows & doors (2021) and installing James Hardie board/batten siding, black gutters, soffits, and fascia (2023). As you can see, the result is fantastic. Tom and Jim were the foremen for the window/door, Ray and Luis were the foremen for the siding, Matt for gutters, Erik and Jim for sales.

All three crews were respectful, hardworking, communicative, and meticulous with clean-up afterwards. Craftsman Home Improvement stands out from other competitors with their lifetime warranty (any others do this?), loyal in-house crew (not just subs.), communication (Joni, Carolyn), fair pricing (beat competitors), clean-up, and "everything-included" approach (hassle-free). Financing through their Synchrony promo was also a breeze.

We still have a few sunroom and basement windows we weren't able to get to, so we'll be back. My only wish is that Craftsman Home Improvements would do other exterior services like decks and garage remodels;) Thank you!

Working with the entire Craftsmen Home Improvement team has been an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our project included removal and replacement of entire roof (with significant re-decking), installation of aluminum wrapped fascia and hidden vent soffits (which included removal and replacement of large sections of damaged fascia), and covered gutters/downspouts.

Their bid was very competitive. Their lifetime workmanship warranty was a great selling feature. The Craftsmen team and all their contractors were professional, knowledgeable and highly skilled. Any issues that arose were resolved quickly. Their communication and responsiveness was excellent. We were never left wondering when the crews were showing up despite weather delays.

This a find-a-way, make-a-way team with with their goal being the customer's complete satisfaction. With window and siding projects in our future, we'll be reaching out to Craftsmen again!

We hired Craftsmen to reshingle our old roof, repair fascia, and replace gutters. Our roof was old and had three layers of shingles. Communication involved multiple groups: salesperson, coordinator, and separate crews for roof, fascia, gutters. Excellent communication in all cases, except for initial contact on roofing. Teams were responsive and informative.

We had a small leak in the porch roof and they came within a few hours to repair that (one small spot had not been sealed) but overall pleased with the quality of the work and our experience. Project came in slightly under budget, despite a few things being added as discoveries were made (to be expected given age and condition of roof)

We have used Craftsmen in the past due when we lived in Apple Valley. They did some windows in our old house. We did the evaluation process with a few different companies and ultimately we chose Craftsmen due to their impeccable reputation. I searched and searched for any negative reviews and I could not find any! They lived up to their standard with our old place and that's why we chose them again for our project in our new home in Lakeville.

We had 4 windows replaced and the entire front door with sidelights replaced. They were on-time, professional, and polite. I was very pleased again with their performance and highly recommend Craftsmen.

I hired Craftsman Home Improvement to re-roof my two and a half story century old home. The project involved tear-off, new decking, and shingling with drip edge and flashing. It also included repair / rebuild of an section of unsightly roof line. This is the fourth roofing job since we bought the house in 1975. Previous jobs ranged from immediate total disasters to years of nagging dissatisfaction.

This time I decided to start with the company with the best reviews rather than the cheapest. Jim came out to do the estimate and couldn't have been better to communicate with and work with. When I pointed out the troublesome roof line, he understood right away, and described just what they would do to correct it. It was exactly what I would have done if I had the skill and manpower. Having planned numerous maintenance and remodeling project over the years, and raising my my standards with each, I trust my opinion of how things should be done even if I don't have the resources to do it myself.

I trusted Jim's opinion and when the estimate came in well below what I had budgeted I didn't look any further, The roofing job was done in one day and looks beautiful and sound. The crew was friendly and respectful of my property. Clean up was good. I look forward to further projects with Craftsmen Home Improvement involving window and siding repair and replacement.

The siding crew was professional, hard working, and responsive to all of our questions. They went out of their way to do the job without inconveniencing us in any way, We were very impressed with the quality of their work. Update from 12/1/20: We had a patio door replaced by Tom's window team. As with past work down by Craftsmen, the work was professional and the team responded to all questions asked and resolved any issues raised. We were very happy with their work.

At the end of 2018, Craftsman Home Improvements completed the process of replacing my old 1950's windows with new double-hung window inserts and an energy-efficient large picture window. The match with the existing oak trim is amazing--so close! I am SO PLEASED! The previous year I had contacted another window installer for a quote and their inserts did not match my existing woodwork, plus they were more expensive.

The Craftsman installers were so professional, knew what they were doing and did the work quickly but efficiently. The installation was done in two parts because the initial measurement of the picture window was incorrect. After installing all the windows in the various windows, Jay called to my attention that there were several small scratches on one of the Bedroom windows and they would replace it when they installed the picture window.

He also noticed a small hole in one of the screens that I had not even seen and replaced that on their second visit. Craftsman Home Improvements had replaced my roof about three years ago and I AM SO HAPPY I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND Craftsman Home Improvements for their professionalism and their reasonable cost for the work done.

I chose Craftsmen Home Improvements because I was impressed with their professionalism and experience when they came to give an estimate. It was the right choice. They helped me navigate a tricky insurance situation, and were always quick to communicate. It is rare to get this level of customer service in the home improvement industry. I felt the roof replacement was priced fairly and am happy with my new roof. The crew was very fast and took care to move my grill and yard furniture to a safe place and put them all back when they were finished, they also left no mess behind.

My wife and I are delighted with the results of Craftsmen's work. The roof, siding, windows and exterior door made a huge difference in our houses curb appeal! The different teams all worked as efficiently as possible and were quick to answer any questions we had during the process. We felt like we were well taken care of through the whole process from estimates and planning through finalizing the work. Everyone was accommodating to our tight schedule and helping navigate some of the nuanced insurance claim issues. Overall we are very satisfied with the job done.

Craftsmen Home Improvements did a fantastic job on my roof! From the sales person that showed up at my home (Jim) to the person working with me on dates and details (Maria) to the finance person (Nic), everyone was fabulous! They did EXACTLY what they said they were going to do.how many times can you say that about your contractor?!?! The communication was more than excellent which is what I appreciated the most!
