Jason was very professional and quickly found some issues with a clogged vent on the back of the dryer. He cleaned all the lint out and it was a difficult job because there was water also in the vent. Then up on the roof he cleaned the vent. He offered advice and was so competent, the visit was a pleasure. I would recommend Vent Gator to everyone

Jason showed up on time, was very respectful and efficient. I would highly recommend Jason and Vent Gator. He did a thorough job and wonderful about answering all of my questions. He was very cautious of the promises, of my property, and explained everything to me. He knew I was concerned because my husband has Asthma and made sure each vent/duct was thoroughly sanitized. I am very pleased with their service and would recommend Vent Gator/Jason to anybody and everybody.

Within 30 minutes I was given an estimate. We decided to go with Vent Gator based on their reviews and I'm sure glad we did. Jason was on time which is rare with some businesses these days. I was afraid of a dryer fire so I called them to come and clean my dryer vent. They came did a great job, the technician Jason was very efficient and cleaned up all that mess that came out of my vents. What a peace of mind to know I won't have a fire from lint clogged vents. Super professional and thorough! I bought a house that was basically a party bachelor pad and it needed work, I'm so glad I had a professional clean the dryer vent because it was raining lint when the job started. There was also a ton of hair stuck that was removed. Jason made sure it was perfectly clear and installed a new dryer hose thingie. Then he cleaned up all the lint, leaving no mess behind.
I also want to add that my autistic toddler was running around stimming and Jason was very understanding and sweet to my kiddo. Setting up an appointment was easy and I did it all through text.

Amazing service! Next day service for dryer vent cleaning, and even came earlier.but kept me informed the whole time. Plus, sent a photo of who to expect at my door, excellent. Found Vent Gator on Yelp, and they were quick to respond and scheduled for same day appointment. Jason was very responsive and handled the dryer vent cleaning professionally. The home was occupied by tenants and Jason kept me updated and sent photos so I was able to see the results. Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.

Vent Gator in Yucaipa did an amazing job on my dryer vent! My dryer wasn't drying my clothes as well as usual so I gave Vent Gator a call and the very next day Jason came out and cleaned my dryer vent and removed so much lint, I didn't even know such a small place could hold that much lint! He was friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend them.
