Pablo and his team completed an entire interior cosmetic overhaul prior to our move-in. This included "stem to stern" significant scraping, plastering, wood work repairs, and painting of the entire home interior. In addition, every hardwood floor was sanded, stained and refinished. Pablo recommended some great built-in conversions along the way, added trim molding on his own to finish off rooms, coordinated 100% replacement of every light switch and socket in the home with an electrician that we continue to use, and help us replace base board heater covers at the last minute. Repaints were accommodated with a smile when we changed our minds! And, towards the end, Pablo secured a cleaning team for a scrub of every cabinet & appliance interiors and bathrooms for a final clean up. Estimates and budgeting were clear with no surprises. Re-estimation for add-ons was quick and reasonable.

I recently contracted P.F.E. Patino to renovate a 2000 square foot home. The scope of the work entailed changing the surface of all ceilings, adding wainscotting, crown moldings and chair rails throughout, painting all rooms including the garage, a total bath install, changing all doors, adding a pocket door and adding two custom built closets. I am extremely satisfied with the end result. Pablo and his crew were very professional, prompt and meticulous.

They kept on schedule and within budget, and the transformation is amazing. Unlike other contractors I've dealt with in the past, P.F.E. worked on my project consistently. They didnt start and stop - they worked every day until completed. Pablo is easy to reach, very responsive and has the ability to listen and translate words into a beautiful and functional product.
