These guys knocked it out of the park! I had wood built on top of concrete whenever I became disabled. I asked CNS to redo the porch and make it into a patio. They extended the porch with concrete, added rails and put in a drain. I picked the color of the concrete to match the house. It looks amazing! I've gotten so many compliments already. It's definitely boosted my mood!

We had a large project changing our house from cedar to Hardie siding. We found Calvin to be a responsible contractor, attentive to details and to our concerns. He communicated frequently and kept the project on track. His crew---skilled craftsmen---literally worked from sun-up to sun-down in late summer. We are so pleased with our new siding, metal roof and brand-new porch. Not only were Sam, Calvin and their crew reliable, responsive, professional, and extremely talented craftsman, they were also a joy to have around. We had a vision, and they nailed it, and quite honestly, they were better than we could have ever hoped. We are already discussing future projects.

What more can I say? CNS Construction will always be my answer when someone asks for a recommendation for a local roofing company. Sam is professional and the quality of work his team produces has achieved the coveted status of having not one, but three stamps of approval by three different Pittsburgh dads. I contacted Sam after seeing a really cool looking deck on a house down the street.

He passed the vibe check. you know, the one where you don't feel strangely violated after the contractor explains to you something you already know for an hour and then quotes you for what will likely be subpar work. Sam worked with me and was patient with my insurance weirdness. Once the project started, he ended up discovering not one, not two, but four layers of waterlogged shingle sandwich on my roof.

The crew shoveled garbage shingle for what seemed like an entire week. Those guys deserve a gold medal for real. Sam also dealt with harassment from my excessively angry neighbor who is the type to be angry no matter what is happening. 0% passing rate on the Mr. Roger's neighbor scale. The roof looks excellent and the quality matches the appearance. 10/10 would work with Sam again.

This company is amazing. they showed up and started working taking down my old deck and replacing it with the new deck. When done they cleaned everything up as they said they would do. I had a bathroom that needed updated. Since it was for a second residence, I had a conservative budget. Sam worked with me and provided a great quote. In addition, Sam communicated well throughout the entire project, even without me being onsite. No project is without challenges, but Sam meets them head-on in a professional way. Excellent experience with CNS Construction for our deck repair. Sam was responsive and the team works fast and does great work.
