When my garage door stopped working on a Sunday morning, I assumed I wouldn't be able to get someone out to look at it until Monday. But Veteran came out on Sunday, no extra charge, and fixed it. They were polite and friendly, the price was reasonable, and they called me that evening to follow up and make sure the work was satisfactory, which I really appreciated.

One of our heavy wooden garage doors wouldn't lower a few days ago and pulled a rail off the wall. JT came a day after we called and quickly identified the issue and fixed it as well as checking both doors for any potential issues. He also stabilized the other garage door to prevent a future problem. He was thorough, had to move some garage items around and was gone in about 2 hours. We are very pleased with Veterans and JT.

Veteran Garage Door Repair is one of the best. The staff was helpful when I called today. They texted the tech's arrival time. Jose is a tech guy who is very skilled. Once he replaced a broken spring, he checked my door and suggested a few improvements. He replaced a few hinges and tightened every screw. Also, he fine-tuned the belt for free. He never tried to upsell me, which is rare today. I really think you should hire them to fix your garage door.

Jovani did a great job on my garage door, called before coming during the scheduled window and was on time. Got me up and running and the costs were very reasonable compared to other local competitors. They did not try and upsell me on stuff I did not need and took care of a few small maintenance item in the included flat labor rate which is awesome. I will only use these guys in the future.

Highly recommend Veteran Garage Door Service. I called on Monday and on Tuesday afternoon their tech, Jose T. was here to trouble shoot the problem. He ordered the parts, and on Thursday morning, he came back with the parts, and all was fixed and working again. Jose T. was knowledgeable, respectful and polite. Technician Zach was here early for our appointment and was ready to go! He looked at the door, made an assessment, told me how he was going to repair it and gave me the cost. Zach replaced all the rollers and cables, greased up the hinges and was done in a little over an hour. The cost was a little high BUT you get what you pay for. Professionalism, great service, quality parts and a warranty. Very happy with Veteran Garage Door will definitely call on them again for any future garage door needs! Great job!
