I called for an estimate for a garage door replacement, because the "other guy" told me that was what was needed. This angel from heaven itself shows up and assures me he can fix it for pennies on the dollar of the previous quote. Let's be crystal clear, I WAS PREPARED TO SPEND THOUSANDS, and he has my old door working better than it ever has, for literally pennies on the dollar of what I worked OT to pay for. I really liked using this company. Their customer service is outstanding. Our technician Josh was good at communicating and very swift with repairs. He was in and out in 30 minutes. We replaced my broken spring and I got some new wheels for the track. He did not try to upsell me on anything and was honest about The condition of my garage. Literally one minute after he left, customer service called me to make sure everything was great. That is fantastic service and I highly recommend.

I was having problems with a fairly new garage door and decided to give them a call when I was driving behind one of their vehicles. The staff was friendly and helpful. On service day, the tech was on time, also friendly and he explained everything up front. Told us exactly what was wrong with the door which was a simple fix and charged us accordingly. Has definitely added them to our "rolodex" for the future.

Today I called Veterans Garage Door this afternoon and Jordan came at his earliest convenience. I was very pleased. He diagnosed the problem after me saying a few words about the issue. He knows his business. Jordan was friendly, kind, and professional. He repaired the garage door under an hour's time. WOW! It reminds of the oil changing commercial. Lol.

Excellent service from start to finish. I scheduled my appointment the day before and it was a pleasant experience. I received a call the morning of telling me the technician who was scheduled to come out wasn't available, but will get someone out as soon as possible. I received a call earlier than expected and he was able to assess my damage and assure me he can fix it. Trent was done in no time fixing my garage. I also got a call later to ensure everything was fine which is A+customer service. They are the only people I trust to work on my garage doors.

Christian the technician was on time efficient and took the time to explain his work. I did not feel pressured to have him do the work. Cost was reasonable and fair.
