I would definitely recommend this company. They were fast, efficient, and affordable. They had the tech Jordan come out the same day within an hour or so. He was kind, answered all of my questions, and got my spring fixed in no time. He showed excellent customer service. I will use them again for sure. The reviews are right, this is a 5 star company.

I backed against the garage door two days before getting a new opener. I called veteran garage door repair to tell them they would have to do more work than they had originally planned. They agreed to verify availability and get a return to me. They had supplies and would fix it a day ahead. Jesse, the installer, was courteous and skilled.

My 16'x7 torsion spring-operated garage door was starting to sag. I made a replacement repair by calling Veteran Garage Door Repair. I got a fair phone price and same-day service. Sam (tech) showed up on time, fixed the springs, and suggested further replacements. He also told me how to lubricate the springs and when to do it. Superb assistance and reasonable costs. I will call them if I ever have problems with my garage door again. Satisfied customer!

Fantastic work. Due to a broken torsional spring, my car is stuck inside the garage. These doors are much heavier without the spring. They showed up the very next day (a Sunday) and corrected it within an hour. The tech man was knowledgeable and helpful. After observing his work, I decided it was best that he make the fix instead of me. I'm delighted with their service and would recommend them to anyone.
