I just want to shout out to Veterans Garage Door in Wylie. From my first contact yesterday afternoon, to the service received this morning. Bravo! In full disclosure I was offered a repair time of the same day later in the evening but I was on a time crunch so I just got my door lowered and secured until my appointment this morning between 8-10am.
I must say my entire experience was wonderful, the lady (I apologize for not remembering your name) who took my call was very patient, calm and polite. She really went above and beyond to try to get me the earliest appointment available. The tech, Zack contacted me when he was en route and he was very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend this location to anyone in the Wylie area and beyond. You will be my contact for any needs. Thank you!

Veteran - Garage Door Service - North Texas Excellent service from Veteran Garage Door! Unfortunately, we had the spring bust on our garage door the day before Thanksgiving. Veteran GDS was able to come by same day even with the holiday. Fully positive & highly recommended experience: 1. Rebecca, Scheduler, always answered the phone properly and left me on hold for a short period to resolve my conflicts. 2. Rebecca was able to give me an estimate range based on what I thought was the problem with the understanding the technician still needs to evaluate.
This helped with shopping companies. 3. Oscar T., our technician, was on time with the appointment and called ahead. He was well-mannered and listened to what I thought was the problem. He fully explained what was needed and gave me a few estimates based on his recommendations. 4. Oscar T. had the repair completed before I can finish helping my wife with the Christmas tree!

Great experience using these guys. They showed up next day, had a brief consultation and expressed the best route to take along with a fair and affordable quote. We called the veteran garage door repair company to come and reset the garage's programming. Zach was the guy who fixed our garage door, and he knew so much about how it worked. He also changed how our system worked and told us all about it in great detail. I would suggest them if you need help fixing your garage door. Thanks for giving us a sense of safety again. A relief!

Called Veteran Garage Door Service after a spring broke on my door. I was quickly scheduled for service and their tech Oscar had the foor fixed and operational in about 30 minutes. The cost was actually lower than expected, and i am extremely pleased with the professionalism and quality. I would definitely recommend!

Oscar did a great job! He was able to get to my appointment early. Did a great job of explaining my options. Installation was quick. Pricing was reasonable. I was pleased to receive a follow up phone call to make sure I was happy with the work that was done. My appointment was not an emergency and scheduled 2 days after my phone call.
