After the last big thunder storm the power went out and the estimate was that it was going to be out for 24 hours. This caused me to search out a company to install an automatic battery backup system for each of two sump pumps. A neighbor recommended Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy. Today, Bill Fry sent his team over on my very tight time schedule and they arrived at 7:30 am and in two hours the 2 systems were expertly installed.
The guys were super professional and made sure that everything was clean and operating before they left. In my estimation they went well beyond my expectations. They have made a new friend and a loyal customer. I highly recommend Bill Fry and his company for any plumbing need- you will not be disappointed!

As a first time home buyer I was so scared to get a noise checked out because it was inevitably going to lead to something terrifying. Sent an appointment request through the website, contacted and set up a visit. Easy to use! During the appointment he took the time to explain what I was seeing and hearing. He spoke to me in terms I knew, he allowed me to ask all the questions and didn't rush the process. He was able to diagnose the problem, walk me through the fix and made what could have been a nightmare situation easy! would recommend!

We started our search for water treatment by consulting with Bill Fry the Plumbing Guy. We felt very comfortable with the information he provided us with as well as the quote to do the install. He sent a very experienced staff member and it took less than 45 mins for the install. It has been 2 days since the install and I can feel the difference in our water already. Had Kyle H out today to repair two broken pipes (the weather) and also to install a new shower valve/trim for one of the bathrooms in my house. He did an excellent job, very professional, very thorough. Plumbing can be pricey and the results stay with you a long time in your home, so you want to use folks like Kyle @BillFry - I plan to for my next plumbing need (there's always something :)

We had to replace the main line from the meter to the house excellent service very responsive getting the line replaced and the technician explained everything and made sure we were happy. Very happy they were able to fit us in with their busy schedule being that if the fittings at the main line that was leaking had fully failed it would have been a huge issue

Reached out in regards to a few different issues. The company was very responsive for scheduling. Very up front with expectations and cost. I received a text to let me know who my servicer would be. I got a text introduction and picture of who my tech would be. Jordan was awesome. He showed up on time. He took time to explain and educate me while performing the work.

We had a sudden need for plumbing help due to a leaky water heater. Bill Fry was recommended by another company. Bill Fry, the owner, worked with us to have a plumber come out the same day. Tyler, the plumber, was on site quickly and was able to fully resolve our problem in one visit- including running down a water heater which avoided a second visit. Tyler also helped us replace a defective InstaHot unit that we had previously installed.

He came out on time, at a time that worked for us, checked out every area and item on our wish list, and sent us a detailed quote the following day. 5 Stars I would not hesitate to refer Bill Frye to anyone. Great company you can trust. Bill is professional, honest, upfront with costs, showed me the camera footage in the line, explained things. He and Tyler got the roots out then treated for future. Bill saved me $$$$$. Another plumber said my pipes were broken and wanted to dig up my yard and charge me thousands for unnecessary work. They replaced a toilet control earlier. I had a leaking problem. It was fixed but found it was slowly leaking again. They returned found I had a crack in a permanent piece. Found a work around. As always were great individuals to work with. Enjoy their coming even though not always why the have to come.

New customer now when prior company didn't return my 2 calls for service. needed outdoor spiggot replaced when it started leaking inside. Scheduling was easy and work was completed with 100% satisfaction. Colden was prompt and professional.
