My garage door stopped working last Friday morning so I googled garage door repair near Denton Texas and found Veteran Garage Door Repair. To my surprise, they were able to get a tech out that evening. William "the tech" was very helpful! He explained the pricing of repair vs replacement. I chose to replace the entire unit and William had it done in about an hour! Also.
While William was in the middle of disassembling the old garage door opener, I found a water leak in my bathroom. William helped me find the water valve and turned it off. From the initial call to set the appointment to the tech completing the work, I had a great experience and will recommend them to everyone I know!

An organization like this is ideal for fixing garage doors. Tech thought I needed a new garage door. Unfortunately, an old opener was to blame for the grinding sound. He upgraded my genie opener to a Liftmaster at no additional cost and performed routine maintenance. You guys are awesome, and ZACH (tech) is a customer service superstar.

Had them install a new double garage door and new openers on the double and a single door about a year ago. Today they returned as the double wasn't closing properly. Small adjustment and lube, and all is well. We are amazed, as are friends, at how quiet and smoothly the doors operate. An email yesterday resulted in an appointment and repair today. Cameron crushed it. I was at the end of my rope with our garage door binding and unable to open or close properly. He showed up (even came early), assessed the issue, was able to explain and demonstrate what was wrong clearly, and fixed it in under 2 hours. My garage door went off track and I called veteran garage door they came out and fixed it the same day at a reasonable price. About 30 days later the garage door was off balance and came off the track I called them again and fixed it the same day at no cost to me. Very impressed. Technician Jovani arrived on time and quickly diagnosed my problem then offered several options to fix the issue. Given the age of my garage door opener I decided to purchase a new system with Wi-Fi access. Jovani worked quickly and professionally. Cleaned up after each step. Performed some extra maintenance on my door, rollers and springs and aligned the open and close position for the new opener and it works great, is much quieter than my previous unit and with the Wi-Fi connection is easy for me to make sure that the door is closed each night. Great company to deal with.
