One of the neighbors kids left a broom in the track and when I closed my garage door that night, it somehow messed the cable pull system on the left side up and caused the door to jam crooked. Veteran Garage Door Repair not only came out with 25 minutes of my call the next morning, but was gracious to use my brand new rollers that I had bought the last time I repaired my garage door. $313 to fix everything and it comes with a 1 year labor warranty. Will definitely be calling them again if my garage door ever messes up.

I had Veterans come out to fix a broken spring. The Tech (Nick) called and let me know he will be here in 30 min and was on time. There was no charge for him to look over the broken spring - he got here looked it over and quoted a very fair price. Suggested a few things but not pushy at all. He completed the repair and the total price was what he said. Very professional and highly recommended!

Aaron showed up on time at 9 a.m. and texted me before he got there. He installed two new door openers. He installed the new parts and removed the old ones. He finished the job by oiling the springs and hinges after putting everything in place. I made sure the doors went up and down. Both doors worked smoothly and quietly. Superb service at reasonable rates from a skilled team. Veteran garage door repair is great.

I needed to finish a couple of little but essential jobs right away. When I called, a repairman came out that same afternoon. First, he installed cross-bracing on my door opener casing. In addition, I needed a new seal installed at the base of my garage door. He got the right materials and finished the job the next day. Prices are fair, work is nice, and the staff is friendly. Without hesitation, I'd give him a ring again.

This garage door company fixed our broken garage door. It started to open but froze after rising just halfway. We closed and reopened it, but nothing changed. Zach arrived at the time he told us he would arrive. My garage door opener which was 23 years old was shot. In an hour and 20 minutes he had removed all parts of the old opener and installed a completely new opener with rails and belt etc. He was polite and very good at installing the complete garage door opener. He was fun to visit with and when he finished the installation he had everything cleaned up.
He then took the time to explain the different things the unit would do as well as an app that went with the unit and the different things you could do through the app. I would definitely have Zach work on any garage door, opener etc. problems I might have.
