Veteran was able to setup a same-day appointment, and even arrived sooner than expected. Jessie's service was tremendous! Friendly and effective! Tech solved a problem that wasn't clear at first. I had examined the sensors, cleaned them, and examined the bolts holding the rails of the door frame. Aaron, our tech expert, noticed a defective sensor. He put in whole new circuitry and sensors. We are now sure that the door will shut all the way when we leave our house. Thank you so much, friend!

The pricing he sent me was fair and reasonable. The technician came out that night and fixed several problems with my garage door. The garage door now works better and is more stable.

My garage's left-hand side spring just shattered. For help, I contacted Veteran garage door repair. I quickly got an appointment. The specialist came at the scheduled time and fixed the broken spring very well. He also greased the other door for free. It wasn't too expensive! I'll use them again for my garage doors.

First off, the quoted price was the best after calling about 5 companies. Service was quick, they scheduled me for the next day. Tech called a little early and was here about half an hour before the appointment which worked out great for me. The work was done in about 30 minutes, price was as quoted, and the tech was super nice and did a great job. The tech did not wear a mask, so if that is something that is important to you, you should probably request it.

My garage door spring broke on Saturday and on Sunday morning Veteran removed the broken unit and installed 2 new springs. They inspected everything and made sure that my garage door and motor are running smoothly. From my experience, they are trained professionals and will answer any questions or concerns you may have. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
