There was a sewage backup in the vacation rental we are in. The owner quickly got a plumbing company here to assess and fix the problem. A remediation company was needed to come in to quickly determine and fix the issues at hand. John and his company were here and professionally and efficiently resolved the remediation problems. Purchased a new home, right after we moved in, a water line broke in the kitchen. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom were flooded. We called 1-800 Water Damage, they came out right away and got the water out and had everything dry, including under the house, in about a week. After that, we just had a little drywall to replace and that was it. When they say, "The fastest way back to normal", they mean it. I would recommend them to anyone!
