We were out of town on a family vacation and neighbor checked on our basement after a bad storm to find our basement with 2inch of rain water. We called Mr Micheal plumbers they install a new pump, alarm and back up and then suggested getting 1800 water damage in to inspect the water damage. Laurence their lead tech came and truly has been transparent, awesome to deal with many hours away and helped get our home accessed so fast to make the right decision for our situation.

The water damage team did a great job in helping me after I had a pipe burst. They responded right away and were at my house within 24 hours to clean up the mess. Everyone has been very helpful and courteous. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Justin and his team are simply incredible. Professional, Knowledgeable, and Responsive. We had a Water leak from second story bath into kitchen below - Justin's team arrived with in 1 hour for site inspection. Immediately started containment and drying. They checked everywhere water might have traveled looking for moisture or damage. Next day arrived to do demo (completely sealing work area!).then checked daily on drying process.

Only when dry and meeting thier requirements did they pull equipment - no short cuts. We are very impressed with Justin and this company. Added them to our emergency contact list.

Responded immediately to our call. Jared arrived within an hour assessed the damage and his crew arrived in minutes. Michael and Thomas were amazing in how fast they took care of removing the drywall and did not leave any mess. They set up the drying equipment and sanitized the space. Demetrius and Jared came on a Sunday to check on everything and remove the equipment. Jared was here every day and was available when ever we called. AWESOME company and employees! I thank God for sending these wonderful people to help us.

My family had an emergency with our water heater busting and I called 1-800 water damage and Rey answered the call and was very helpful and empathetic. He was able to direct me in the right way to get our water shut off so the leak would stop and then the following morning had a Gentleman named Trenton come to the rescue with all of the equipment to measure moisture and dry out our floors and walls.

He was very helpful, kind, and had amazing communication skills daily with coming by to check on the levels and pick up the equipment. They made everything so much easier during such a stressful situation and were very professional! Highly recommend 1-800 water damage!

Let me start by saying I am the head of a company for customer service and sales. I understand how hard it is to maintain a perfect google rating. I also meet people weekly who have mold in their home. These guys are incredible! Especially Darren k. My basement flooded, writhing 12 hours they were here for the estimate. They worked with me so well, and we're here within the next day as soon as we had power to setup their equipment. 20 fans, an air scrubber and 2 giant dehumidifiers.

They took care of my wet insulation and even cleaned up the basement which wasn't included. The customer service I have had since the beginning was perfect. I can't say the same for the " big" competitors. Who wanted to put me on a waitlist with water in my basement. There should be no other company you call for these events. Everyone is stressed in these situations but this is the company for you I PROMISE.

I would highly recommend Alex Logan and 1-800-water-damage! When I had a major leak, he came out quickly and was friendly and professional. Alex and his team quickly removed all the water-damaged flooring and drywall in a neat and organized way. They set up heavy duty fans and dehumidifiers and followed up daily to make sure my home was 100% dry. Alex also provided pictures and a report to my insurance company, which covered their bill and the bulk of the needed repairs. If I ever have a water emergency again, I'll definitely call 1-800-water damage!

Darren and crew were on time and incredibly professional. We had a sewer leak and they were on site within an hour to clean up. Kids were at home and Darren was wonderful with them.
