Outstanding service from Benji Ben from Affordable Heating & Air. He was on time, respectful ( do you need me to take off my shoes), identified the problem immediately & saved us a lot of money - turned out we did not need a whole new unit after all. Not only that, but he was incredibly engaging & helped us out more than we expected. Thank you Benji - we will definitely come back to this company, but want Benji Ben to be our technician :)

Affordable Air LA was top notch from the first point of contact. Their tech, Jeremy, was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and honest. I was given regular updates as to his ETA, and he showed identification immediately upon arrival. He diagnosed the problem quickly and used photos and video of my system to support the suggested services to remedy my air-conditioning problem. Great communication, competent and knowledgeable service, and attentive to my schedule. Very happy.

I don't know where to start, Jimmy came out today to give us a estimate on a new ac system package, I was giving our system a deep cleaning bcus I was convinced that it still had some life left. After being told by ABC air and heating that I needed a new system and left with a last comment when I asked to give me an idea of the cost, Ivan said let someone else drop the cost on you then, will do it for under what they charge.

Well I guess he figured since I'm a women I was a danzel in destress, wrong! I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty and I did my research, Jimmy got my system going, it's going to get it thru at least so we can get our finances in order to do the new install, they won my business and I will be using them for our new AC, sorry ABC heat n air your effort to not know how to earn my business and your arrogance got you nothing but a bad review. Jimmy your a God sent, so knowledgeable and honest. Oh and I just referred my neighbor, she had a quote from ABC as well, I'm sure she will go with Jimmy.

I called on a Fri eve & Alex came Sat morning. He was professional, kind & honest, which I sincerely appreciated. On one of the hottest weekends this summer, Alex got my A/C unit working my house cool again. The company answered my late Friday called, responded & repaired by the following afternoon. Would definitely refer!

I finally needed to replace Our ac unit at our home and called about 3 or 4 Places to get quotes, I was referred to Donna from a friend and got a quote from her, by far they were the best option, not only Cost but professionals as well, I wanted something done asap and they were able to fit me in, her team were very nice and did an amazing job. I'm very happy with choosing Affordable Heating and Air to replace my Upstair/Downstairs AC units. Lorraine did an excellent job finding me a replacement system at a price point within my budget. Her knowledge and experience was extremely helpful in choosing which option best suited my needs. Eric came out yesterday to do a pre-site inspection and his expertise and experience was also extremely helpful.

After meeting Eric, I am very confident that the job is in good hands and will be pleased with the final installation. I will definitely recommend them both to any friends with future HVAC needs! And my dog Chewy was a big fan of Eric as well!

A truly fantastic experience. Jeremy is our new hero and Affordable H and A are our going to be our new go to for Maintenance and repair. Jeremy is not only incredibly friendly and positive, but even more importantly he knows what he's doing. He came in and was able to get on our roof with no problem when just about every other contractor complained it was impossible without a specialty ladder.

He checked out the unit, diagnosed the problem (blown capacitor) and repaired it in under 30 minutes! He also gave me an air filter to use because my existing one was so dirty. He explained everything he was doing and involved us in the process when it made sense. When it came time to pay we didn't even have to sit down. Very reasonable. Hats off to Jeremy. The feeling of confidence and relief my wife and I feel now that we have a reliable AC contractor is palpable. One less thing to worry about.

My A/C went out on a late afternoon on Sunday. The service time was phenomenal from phone call to arrival. Jeremy quickly identified issue, explained (without being condescending) and was extremely polite, respectful and nice. He replaced the capacitor, added a hard start kit and cleaned my outdoor a/c unit. All in all, 5 stars all around.

Senior Advisor Eric Meyerson helped us with my old busted split unit and worked with us to get an incredible deal on replacing it, finding a way to help us out within our tight budget. He was extremely clear in deducing our problem and offering solutions. He is not only professional but also incredibly friendly, as he even befriended our pugs!

They were able to send out a Technician that was not only knowledgeable about everything but he did a great job on installation. I highly recommend this company and a big thanks to Jeremy Russell, the tech that helped us. Looking for an HVAC company you can trust? This is the one. I had a company come out to tune-up my AC unit and I was told my AC needed to be replaced soon. I then had 3 companies out for a second opinion. All but this company told me I needed to replace my unit ASAP. When I need a new unit in the future, I'll contact Mark. Mark explained in detail why no service was necessary at this time. There are so many companies prepared to take your money and this one will not cheat you.

Martin and Chris were excellent. They were efficient, honest, and did great work. We got a new HVAC unit, new return and added a duct. We are so happy with the derives and product. My AC was not blowing cold air I called a few of the recommended people 3 said I need to completely replace my system and Donna sent a tech and in 10 mins my ac was working again. No replacement needed! Honesty to me is the most important! She is super talented and knowledgeable! The technician was on time and courteous!
