Each time he comes out he is very professional, honest and explains everything that he needs to do for the repair. No surprises and a straight shooter. First time using Autumn Heating and Cooling and absolutely impressed. Gave me a window and still managed to squeeze me in early. Had the problem diagnosed in minutes and fixed shortly after. My guy Frank was polite and didn't try to hassle me or pressure me. Showed me the issue and fixed the issue. Great job, and I will be using them next time I am in a pinch or any future services.

Tech arrived in about 65 minutes after calling in Saturday evening, driving from Goodyear, he replaced the bad capacitor and had it running in about 15 minutes. I did mentioned to Frank I went to Greenway HS as he went to Peoria HS. Back in my freshman year (that would be 1977, 47 years ago) the freshman football teams in the last game of the year, neither had won a game, but Greenway did this last one and we found a toilet seat out by were the bus was parked and declared our selves as the toilet bowl champions, I wonder if Kelly still has that trophy ( toilet bowl seat)? Super impressed with this company! The texts they send out about their staff are phenomenal. They claim to care quite a lot about their workers, which is very very important to us, and from what we can tell they weren't just talk! Taylor was incredible - friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable.

Who else hates capacitors? Thanks Frank for making quick work of this issue and letting my family sleep comfortably in their own beds! Arizona summers are notorious for eating these capacitors and if you don't have the time or technical experience to replace yours Autmn air will take care of you. It might hurt the pocket book a bit but there prices are competitive and when it's 111° outside, can anyone afford to ignore the issue?

After being in the car industry for about 30 years I needed a change in my life. I reached out to Josh at Autumn Air looking for an opportunity to do something different with my career. I am now a part of the Autumn Air staff and I can say it has been the best decision I have made in a long time. All of the staff made me feel right at home immediately.

I now look forward to going to work. It's summertime in Arizona and most people wouldn't want to be working in the heat but the heat isn't even a factor when you have great, positive co workers. From the office staff to the other technicians it is a joy being a part of the team. This small family based business is definitely a go yo for all your heating and cooling needs. We take the customers needs into consideration. It's not about selling unnecessary services but doing what we can to make the hot days in the desert more tolerable.

Kolby was great. Tech came to my house as directed by the owner whom is an Aquaintance of mine. He was very prompt, knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. There is the cheap way and the right way. Highly recommend all around.

First time using Autumn Air and very pleased. Called at 7am and my A/C was up and working by 10:30am. The tech was Taylor and he was fantastic, right on time and very helpful. He completely took care of issue and had cool air flowing. I was impressed with his friendliness, knowledge and fast professional work. Autumn Air and Taylor are now my go to for A/C work. Right on time, 2. Very friendly and got to work first in attic checking system. 3. Next completely checked outside system including fully cleaning the outside heat exchanger. In less than hour job was completed and AC ready for our coming summer months. He left area completely clean. Great service. I can highly recommend Autumn Air.

Autumn Air has been our HVAC partner for going on 4 years now. I feel we get honest feedback on the condition of all of our units and the right amount of upsells without the pressure of buying. Frank has been our guy since the beginning and he's great, in particular with all of my detailed questions. Autumn Air has serviced my HVAC system for several years. Their customer service and professionalism is outstanding; very knowledgeable, capable and friendly. Frank serviced my A/C today. He explained clearly what maintenance he was performing and a few things I may need to have done in addition to the routine maintenance. Quotes were affordable and not unexpected with a 10 year unit. The piece of mind of a good running A/C in this desert heat is much appreciated!
