Critter Stop

Christian did a fantastic job. We had a different provider (one of the very large name brands) try and fail to solve our rat problems after a long and painful process. Critterstop was communicative, timely, much more cost effective, and actually solved our rodent issues. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them.

We have a contract with Critterstop and something either on the roof or in the attic. Aaron performed a check of our attic and outside of home. He did not find anything in the attic but did notice fascia board pulling away. He not only worked on the most obvious part of continued down the wall. We appreciate the attention to detail and going beyond the minimal needed.

I hired Critter Stop to do an exclusion on my attic. I had a good experience overall. Jordan came out to give us an estimate and was very courteous and professional. The methods they used (snap traps, night-vision camera, etc.) seemed solid and humane based on my research and their pricing was reasonable. I was a little disappointed with the work done by the initial crew (or perhaps one person on the crew).

They were nice to work with, but there was stray caulk left on the brick that should have been wiped, wire mesh exclusions not trimmed in places and sticking visibly out of cracks, and several screws left in the street in front of my house that could have punctured a car tire. I think it was partly due to the cold weather when they did it (their hands might have gotten numb) and perhaps one or more new and inexperienced hires.

There were also many leaves in the street that might have made it hard to see the screws that got dropped. I talked to Jordan and he sent out Christian who redid the work. He was very thorough, careful, and courteous. He apologized on behalf of the company and they refunded a portion of my bill. I don't blame the company as they did ultimately make it right.

Everyone makes mistakes as a new hire (if that's what happened). But it was a bit of an inconvenience to have things unfold the way they did which involved extra work and phone calls on my part. Had Christian come out the first time, it would have been a 5-star review. I am happy to say that there's been no creatures in the attic since!

I worked Critter Stop to help me remove a Raccoon out of my property. The individuals I interacted with were very knowledgeable on the matter, very friendly, and got the work done. Special thanks to Aaron and Christian for the fantastic help during their visits.

CritterStop is a first class business. They always answer my questions and arrive at the set appointment time. Christian was our technician today and was such a nice young man. He did a great job!

Had a great experience working with David, Jacob, Christian. We had some squirrels that got into our attic in a spot we couldn't see on the house. They came out multiple times to make sure everything was out and cleaned up and sealed everything up. It's like squirrel Ft. Knox no way anything else is getting in. Then they added insulation to bring us up to modern code.

All the team was super nice and informative throughout the process. I always got a text heads up before they came and after doing the insulation I was shocked how clean everything was. 6 stars!

We texted Critterstop in the evening and already the following day they came out to inspect our attic. We had a raccoon mom with babies and squirrels. They delt swiftly with it all, found and repaired all entry points. We are very pleased with their services and would happily give them our best referrals.

From start to finish Critter Stop was very efficient in helping us with our wildlife issue and restoring our attic to a brand new one. We choose the full service - exclusion, trapping for any wildlife, removal and blow in of new insulation. Adrian and crew were very thorough, meticulous and answered all questions patiently, Eeza did the weekly inspections and overall we had a pleasant experience with all of them. I would recommend the team to anyone looking to remove and/or prevent wildlife in their house.

It was not cheap but the work was quality. Christian and Kyle were very thorough and took care of every critter entry point on my entire house no matter how big or small. I'm confident we won't be dealing with rats in the attic again!

So far so good! Had a quote and appointment set and met within a week. Drew was our trapper and was very courteous. Explained everything very thoroughly and was considerate of my home and animals (not the ones needing to be removed!). After the first day I stopped hearing sounds in the attic so our squirrel intruders are already out. Will have the one-way door removed this week and will modify the review if there is any changes. :)

Critter Stop has been a pleasure to work with in getting rid of our home rodent problem. Jordan Price, Area Mgr, was very informative and provided a competitive proposal. The Field Team of Phillip and Dustin showed up on time, were very diligent in closing all possible rodent entrances, placed several traps and set an attic camera to monitor our issues.great guys! Amazing service and loved that they made sure to not only protect my home, but to protect all the critters. They do their best to make sure if there are any critters in your attic, that they get out before they seal up the entry points. That was super important to me! Highly recommend!

Working with Critter Stop was an excellent experience! I had a few pests in the garage that I caught over a couple months, which I mistakenly thought was the end. You can imagine my frustration when I started to hear regular rustling from the attic near my skylight around dusk each night. I called Critter Stop, and within a couple days had an estimate that was thoroughly explained to me.

After deciding to proceed due to the professionalism and obvious knowledge exhibited by everyone I interacted with, Phillip and Dustin came out to "critter proof" my home. They did an excellent job - even taking the time to color match the paint on the exterior to cover all of the repairs that were made to seal up even the slightest gap, including a few that were missed by the original quote. Phillip even pointed out a couple of small wooden boards that appeared to have been added to my home after the original build that were the wrong color and asked if he could paint them to match for me while he was working on the area.

This is above and beyond any customer service I have received and I want to thank everyone, but especially Phillip and Dustin, for their hard work and for making sure that my issues would be resolved.

Christian and James were a pleasure to work with. They communicated their ETA and gave updates throughout their shift. Very professional. Would recommend to anyone looking to get rid of any type of critter.

We used critter stop to capture wildlife in our yard. They came out promptly and set traps. We caught a skunk and a possum and Aaron was out in 30 minutes to pick them up and relocate them. Aaron carefully packed the animals in his truck. Additionally he returned quickly to setup new traps. We highly recommend critter stop for their services.

Christian visited our house to check on his efforts to remove squirrels from my attic. He explained what he was going to do and the reasons behind the actions. He went into the attic and carefully examined the camera and made adjustments. We noticed one squirrel that had left the attic, but was trying to reenter via the roof. Christian took photos and described how this behavior is not unusual. Great service -- I really appreciate how Christian took the time to explain what he was doing!

I had a squirrel running around my attic. I didn't want to get ripped off for a bunch of unnecessary work to remove a critter and fix any damage. I called Critter Stop and I was impressed by the quick response, the free assessment, and the itemized quote for work. I was not quoted any unnecessary repairs and all my questions were answered courteously. James came out to fix the holes and set traps.

He also came out the two follow-up appointments and ended up finding the squirrel who had died unfortunately. He removed the animal and disinfected my attic with enzymes to get rid of the smell. James really went above and beyond to make sure I had no more critters running around (squirrel or otherwise) and made sure my house was sealed up tight against other unwanted invaders. He was always on time and professional. I would highly recommend this company. It was worth every penny.

Very professional operation! Prompt and thorough initial inspection, prompt scheduling, good workmanship, thorough follow up. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. Jordan did the initial inspection and quote. He was very polite and thorough. Devin, Adrian and Drew did the attic and exterior work. All were professional and personable, and paid attention to detail.

Christian did both follow up inspections plus the final fogging. Another super polite, personable and detail oriented guy. Every customer contact person did a nice job.very responsive!

Phillip and Dustin were fantastic covering the multiple squirrel access holes in our roof and siding. We live in a wooded area and squirrels were taking over our attic. Now that they are out and prevented new entry, the next step is fumigation!

I heard some pests in the attic so I called Critter Stop because they had pretty good reviews. They have exceeded my expectations! Particularly, Christian and Mat were exceptional in sealing up all the gaps, installing traps, and cameras and eliminating the pest problem in my attic. I will absolutely use them again in the future if the mice return.
