Truly world-class service: prompt delivery to southern Connecticut (a 3-hour drive!), outstanding installation team and fair price. I'm also very happy with the pre-owned conference table, chairs and credenza I bought. They are of very high quality and actually look better in person than in the photos. I definitely recommend.

Ordered several desks from Northeast Office Solutions. Desks were a premium brand being resold as overstock significantly below MSRP. Installation team arrived on time and was friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with the service.

Bought furniture for our office from Northeast Office Solutions on a couple occasions, both used and new. Steve and his crew are very helpful during planning and selection. Delivery is fast and the setup/installation is professional. I will definitely go back to them should I need more furniture

We are extremely happy we found North East Office Solutions, as we had looked around at other places for used office furniture and it was discouraging. They had just what we needed and it all looks brand new. Steve was extremely responsive as we made additions to our order and then delivered on time. Steve, Tim and Justin also moved us out of our old office and into our new one. We highly recommend them!

I bought a used Herman Miller Aeron chair from Tim. The price was better than all the other local used office furniture stores and the service was great. When I got the chair home and saw that the lumbar support piece had a crack in it, Tim told me to bring it back and he gave me another one. So, great prices and great service! Give Tim a call if you need any used office furniture.

We ordered 3 cubicles and 2 desks from these guys. They were able to turn around and deliver them to us quickly, which we greatly appreciated. They installed everything themselves and wiped down and cleaned the desks and cubicles before they left. We got a great deal with exactly what we were looking for. These guys were very friendly and accommodating and their banter was very funny to listen to as they were working.

I was looking all over for file cabinets, specifically 5 drawer lateral to replace old, broken cabinets we had. Everything I saw was $600 and up. We are a non profit agency and could not afford to pay this price. I was forwarded this link from our financial consultant and started to browse Central Mass website and was excited at what I saw. The exact cabinets I was looking for.

The price was right and I was able to get all 11 locked cabinets at one time, delivered. Not only that, they were nice enough to come back at a later date to move the cabinets into the room that I wanted them in. Tim also came back to lubricate the drawers so that they would slide in and out easier. I must say, working with Steve and Tim has been a pleasure.

They are kind and very courteous. They possess the skills needed when dealing with the public. Thank you very much Steve and Tim for your hard work and quality products. I will be in touch again.

I came here to buy an office chair for my home office. Tim was good enough to meet me on a Saturday evening. They had a good selection of office chairs available, and Tim was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone I know who is looking for office equipment, and I would do business with them again.

We are new to the area, so this place was a bit hard to find. It's on the third floor of an old textile warehouse and is only accessible by stairs. However, it was DEFINITELY worth the climb! I can't say enough for the service and the wide variety of products that are available--and at greatly reduced prices over what one would pay "new." Tim, the owner's son, was knowledgeable, accommodating, and eager to help us locate just the right filing cabinets.

He has an infectious personality and an incredible memory for what's in stock and what's coming soon. We were worried how we would get our purchases home and up to the second level of our house, but we shouldn't have given it a second thought. Within hours, Tim and his "muscle, " Tyrell, arrived at our house and put all three file cabinets in place. If you know what you want and need and aren't just "kicking tires, " Central Mass Surplus should be your first stop for office furniture. I can't recommend it more highly.

I work for a non profit in Worcester. Our office needed filing cabinets. Went to Central Mass Surplus. The owner and son were very knowledgable and respectful. We purchased 4 filing cabinets. They were delivered on time as promised. As a bonus Tim also came by a few weeks later to donate some file folders. Definetely will visit them again when in need of more office furniture.
