I had a mold situation in my kitchen, living room and bathroom the root cause of which was a dishwasher that was leaking. As it was a big project and my first experience with a general contractor, I realized I had to do a lot of homework before I chose the right person. Compared to the effort and research that I had put in to find a mold inspector and mold remediation company, the effort involved in finding an excellent general contractor like Nima was substantial.

I had practically read each and every review of the three contractors that I had shortlisted. Nima is excellent in many aspects - speed of communication, providing solutions and options. He patiently answered many questions that I and my wife had before and during the project. He communicated with my insurance company and negotiated well to get me what was needed to get the project done.

He has an excellent team that has worked with him for many years. I also got some remodeling done at my cost during the project and so the entire project ended up involving a lot of professionals - kitchen cabinets, wood flooring all over my home, bath remodel - converting bathtub to walk-in shower, painting multiple rooms, can lights in the master bedroom, converting electric stovetop to gas stovetop and of course replacing my old dishwasher. Nima and his team completed the entire work ahead of schedule.

At a time when most projects get delayed and overshoot the budget, Nima finished the work before time and within budget. There were many times that Nima visited my home to monitor and review the work progress. We have received many compliments for the hardwood floors that I got installed. I know that any future home remodeling that I do will involve Nima. Nima is one of the best professionals I have worked with to date.

He was up front and very professional in every aspect of our home project. We wanted to convert an unused dining room into our new home office, and wow what a remarkable difference. There were no "missed calls not returned" or anything like that. Nima was always available for questions / changes and anything else. I cannot speak to bathroom or kitchen projects, but check out our photos for how well they upgraded our home following what we were looking for.

I am absolutely glad that I chose Home Platinum Services for extensive kitchen remodeling and hardwood floor repair. We had dishwasher leak in October 2020 which led to massive remodeling work and I can't be happier. The job involved electrical work, plumbing, countertop change, excessive painting, .you name it. Nima is hands down the best project manager.

He is prompt and responsive. Moreover, he really cares about aesthetic aspect of remodeling as well as functionality too. He guided me to get right color for painting and hardwood floor stain, right tiles for backsplash, taught me about all the city code related to water tank options, etc. He made a trip to Floor and Decor to pick right backsplash with me and my husband and his guy, David did a top notch tile work (David is a perfectionist).

If there is any concern, Nima will address it promptly for you. Nima also handled conversations with my insurance company and we got countertop covered under the claim. Everyone he works with has been with Nima for 10 years and I can see the great team work. A remodeling dummy like me also learned a lot during the process about the material and process and all.

This was the best contractor experience I have ever had. We completely remodeled two bathrooms, den, living room, office, and replaced the facings on all our kitchen cabinets. Nima's contractors installed real wooden floors, a lot of new canned lights, and quite a few other lights. I've used a lot of contractors and Nima was by far the most responsive never taking more than 15 -20 minutes to respond to questions or concerns.

Nima and the crew from Home Platinum Services did an incredible job handling an exceptionally large and complex insurance claim in combination with a master bath remodel. The nature of the claim required that I move out of my home in to a hotel during the construction process. Recognizing the disruption to my life Nima jumped through hoops to both start and finish the job in record time.

He served as a voice of calm and reason helping me deal with the often ridiculous requirements of the insurance company. While his work was impeccable, more importantly his communication far exceeded my expectations. I hired Home Platinum Services to renovate my 15-year old house. I contracted this company to: Refinish existing wood floors, Refinish textured walls, Install Travertine, Install Wood Floors, Paint entire interior, and Paint Kitchen Cabinets. Throughout the entire process, Nima has been extremely professional. He spent time to explain the various options when presenting the estimate.

In addition to delivering on the assigned tasks, he also provided invaluable insight to the design details. He was an "all-in-one" contractor - which made my life much easier. I appreciated that he used the same contractors, which provided much consistency when completing the jobs. He holds all of contractors to a high workmanship standards. Home Platinum Services remodeled our master bathroom. The level of professionalism, quality, punctuality, attention to detail and overall experience was excellent. When taking on a project like this there are many choices in products and design. Nima did a great job helping us throughout the decision process. We felt very comfortable working with him, David and Gus all though the remodel they were patient, understanding accountable and responsible.

We are remodeling the kitchen in our new home and, in the process, discovered some damage from a prior incident. I demolished the damaged areas, but needed urgent help to replace, patch, tape, bed and texture the room. Platinum arrived the next morning to estimate the work and costs then started work two days later with a promise to complete in two days.

The work was finished in two days! The men worked until 11PM to complete it, but they completed it on time. Workmanship is very high quality, but cleanup could be better. Overall though, I still give them five stars.

Nima was very helpful throughout the entire process of having our shower remodeled. He took care of everything (from design to cleanup) and was very thoughtful and thorough. Each team that he sent was able to talk with us which we really appreciated. The new shower is beautiful! We also had some work done repairing drywall. It looks great and I feel so much better that things are fixed again!
