It's almost been a year and we're still so in love with the kitchen My Kitchen & Bath helped create for us. We did a complete renovation, including opening it up to the dining room which required taking out an "L" shaped wall. They were courteous and respectful throughout the process, especially with any snags we hit along the way. Between those moments and the ones in which they ensured little details were appropriately covered, we felt relieved we had chosen this company.
Probably the most notable was a manufacturing issue we had with one of our cabinets; the team continued to try to amend this until they were able to fix it appropriately. We would absolutely use them again and have already recommended them to our neighbors looking to get similar work done. Thank you, My Kitchen & Bath!

We are really happy with our new kitchen and den. All the process was painless, we only had to choose the materials and the design. They handled absolutely everything and kept us updated on the status. The workers were super respectful and friendly considering that one of my cats wanted to supervise everything. The most important part was that the kitchen was delivered on time and on budget while the end result exceeded our expectations.

We hired My Kitchen and Bath to remodel our hall bath and master bath for us. We solicited proposals from two firms and My Kitchen and Bath came up with the best design and best price. They were great to work with. Highly professional and painstakingly careful in the work they did. They have great, and very responsive, staff people who are a pleasure to work with. Great value for the money and creative ideas. We are happy we chose them and strongly recommend their work.

We used My Kitchen and Bath for a complete kitchen remodel, they did a fantastic job! The entire process was easy and efficient, from the very first visit to get measurements, the detailed estimate & contract to the actual work. We worked with Josh on the design and choosing the materials which was very easy by visiting their showroom in Herndon. Once the demo and work began there were no issues or problems. Bob was our project manager, and he was wonderful.
He communicated with us every day, most days by coming to the house. This was so helpful Bob kept everything on schedule and made sure the quality of work was top notch (not an easy job). The whole process took less than a month. We will definitely use them on any future jobs.

Kitchen and Bath completed my kitchen remodeling on time and on budget. The team was excellent and all work, including installation of new ovens and other appliances, countertops, back splash, and floors, proved to be of excellent quality. The team leader was outstanding. He proved thoughtful about the overall approach to kitchen remodeling, and used his analytical skills to solve each evolving challenge.
His team was responsible and friendly and all clean up tasks were reliably finished when the work was done. I am happy to highly recommend My Kitchen and Bath. Also, the designer and support team were key to the success of the remodeling and provided sound input on all decisions and maintained consistent and useful communications during the project. Every step was transparently explained in advance and executed; yet the response was flexible and adaptable as needed.

We used My Kitchen & Bath for two bathroom renovations - one was a large job with a lot of tile and the other was a bit smaller. Everything in both bathrooms was replaced and included tiling, plumbing reconfiguration, removing soffits and half walls, adding lighting, and drywall work. The larger bathroom has a wet room with two windows and the tile work done in there is meticulous.
In the smaller bathroom, while enlarging the shower they caught and fixed a previously undetected leak. All work was on schedule. Everyone at MyK&B was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. The crews were on time, careful, polite, and cleaned up after each day. We appreciated the periodic check-ins from Bob throughout the projects to ensure everything was being done correctly and as designed. The bathrooms function well and look great.

My Kitchen and Bath did a great job on our kitchen full renovation. Their customer service was excellent throughout the process, even when they faced potential scheduling and staffing challenges due to the pandemic. The result was a beautiful kitchen, and I'd absolutely recommend them to others for their kitchen needs. Bob was a fantastic manager to work with throughout the process, and remained readily available to answer questions and give feedback as our design choices changed during the renovation. Great job all around!

My Kitchen and Bath were wonderful to work with for our kitchen renovation. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Josh was excellent and very patient with assisting me in choosing the cabinets, backsplash and counter tops. The project manager, Bob, was very attentive and always made sure we were happy during the whole process. They started and finished on time and the workers showed up on time each day and were very respectful. I would highly recommend them!

My wife and I talked to 4 different kitchen contractors before selecting My Kitchen and Bath of Herndon. We had an extensive renovation in mind that included removing a load bearing wall and reconfiguring an exterior wall by removing a sliding glass door and a single window and replacing it with 3 counter height windows and a standard door. The short story is that of the 4 contractors we talked to, one tried to design a kitchen without visiting the house, a second really didn't want to talk to us at all, the third gave us advice that wasn't asked for and was wrong, and My Kitchen and Bath listened to what we wanted to do and gave us a design that we liked.
We finalized our contract for the renovation in early April of 2020 which gave us some challenges. Applying for permits and receiving them wasn't easy. Also adding to the challenge was that My Kitchen and Bath was only one of three contractors working on site, so coordinating the work was interesting. Work started in early May. It was a long road and don't fool yourself, everyone hits a point at least once where you say "what have I gotten myself into?" Throughout the project we worked through the issues and problems and at the end we have a kitchen that is truly stunning. Thanks to My Kitchen and Bath and the entire crew!

Great to work with from the beginning. Kelsi had great ideas and made me feel comfortable taking on two bathroom remodels. Bob, John and the team were great to work with. Helpful and polite, answered all my questions, paid attention to detail and kept me up to date. The team finished the work far quicker than the estimate and did great work. Really happy with my two new bathrooms turns out!

We highly recommend My Kitchen and Bath! Our designer was able to have a "plan" ready for remodeling our whole kitchen within a few hours. They started our kitchen on time and they finished on time! The project manager, Moe, was very professional at each step of the way and Ricardo and his team were top notch. The workmanship was high quality and affordable and their follow up customer service was outstanding. We will be returning when it is time for us to do our Master Bath.

I've saved up money for almost ten years and decided that I shouldn't spend any of that money unless it was to start remodeling my home since nothing has been updated since the early 90's. I had trouble finding a company that l was fulfilled with until my neighbor asked me to stop by her home which was being remodeled and showed me the work being done.

(thanks to Cemil) Once the project started, technicians arrived early morning and were very professional and work oriented. My powder room and master bathroom was completed and it looks great! My kitchen and hall bathroom are next!

I am so pleased with the work that was done in my home that I had to write a great review! It took me awhile to finally decide who I wanted to hire for a job well done and I don't regret choosing My Kitchen and Bath at all. First of all, I really appreciate John for the design ideas; I loved them. Moe and his crew are great also for making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed and I had nothing to worry about; Moe is such a pleasant guy to work with. Secondly, the entire experience was great from start to finish and I love the remodeling! I highly recommend My Kitchen and Bath.

My Kitchen and Bath remodeled our master bath and powder room, and upgraded our kitchen counters. Cemil and John provided great design options and advice while incorporating our preferences and ideas. Even with this extra attention to detail, their price was extremely competitive with other companies we talked to. Their management of the project was excellent.
They were very responsive to emails and phone calls before, during, and after construction. The job the work crew did was excellent and they paid attention to getting all the little details right, even providing guidance and alternatives during construction. The site was spotless at the end of every workday. As with any job, issues arose, however they were addressed quickly and with a high degree of professionalism.
This is what differentiates a great vendor from a good one. We won't hesitate to highly recommend My Kitchen and Bath to all of our friends. From start to finish My Kitchen and Bath did everything they could to make sure we were completely satisfied with the remodeling, and we are. We love it.

My Kitchen and Bath helped me with my master bath remodel. I was very nervous selecting a contractor, because I have heard so many nightmare stories. I met Maryahm at a local home show, and all of my fears went away. She was able to totally redesign my bathroom without going over the budget I had set. The crew was super professional and cleaned up everyday. When I had any concern someone would always contact me back immediately to answer any questions. They remodeled our kitchen. From beginning to end it was a very pleasant process. John arrived on time, provided a great home consultation, helped us at the showroom to select materials and handled it all. Workers were always an time and very kind. They told us that project would take 4 weeks but everything was finished by the end of 3rd week. They cleaned our house everyday before they left.
I get a lot of complimentes from our friends about our beautiful kitchen. I could not be any happier. I recommend my Kitchen and bath to anyone who is thinking of remodeling.
