Ian Burg came out to the house on New Year's Day because I had been without heat for 4 days. He did a very thorough job and found that when Xcel Energy had been here 3 days before, they removed the thermostat and bent a wire on the stat trying to put it back on. It was something me and my neighbor never saw. He was very good, through, explained things and was an all around good guy. Keep him employed 888.

Last year, after doing extensive research, we hired 888 to install a new furnace and heat pump, as well as a smart thermostat, for our house. They were not the cheapest or the most expensive but they have great reviews so we trusted that and the people we spoke with for the estimate. They came out and it took two full days for them to finish the job. They worked 12 hour days and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. Every time we had an issue (which were always small things) they came out within an hour or two. When the city inspector came out to give everything the ok, he said that they never have any problems with work done by 888. That was very reassuring.
This year we had them come out to replace our other furnace and install another heat pump and smart thermostat. My house needs two furnaces but because of the requirements for tax incentives, we could only replace one per year. Tom, Omar, and Lee worked for two whole days and made sure everything was working perfectly. They made sure to put down drop cloths from the front door all the way to the basement and into the furnace room so they wouldn't track in any snow or dirt. They were conscientious and hard working and cleaned up after themselves nicely. They addressed all of our questions and made sure we were happy before they left. They do still need to get us the frame that goes around our new thermostat but I'm sure that will be done soon.

Mark just completed our winter furnace check. WOW! He is the MOST THOROUGH heating and cooling technician we have experienced in the greater Denver metro area in over 50 years! Whereas other companies complete preventative maintenance in under 30 minutes, Mark was at our home well over an hour and sat down with us and thoroughly explained every checkpoint completed along with the photos of every part of the furnace and what each checkpoint/photo meant. WE WOULD GIVE 100 STARS IF WE COULD!

Our AC randomly gave out and we've been in heat storm pretty much for a couple of days. So we finally called 888 and they came same day and even arrived early. Mark was our tech and he was very professional and answered all questions we had. He had our AC up and running within the hour. Amazing service

Great job Kyle and the technicians. They have done an excellent job with the removal of the old furnace and ac and installing the new units. Communication was excellent, they have been on time, very professional and knowledgeable, have done a clean job, explained how everything worked, how to program the thermostat, and answered all of our questions with lots of patience.
Overall we are very pleased with their work and the warranty on the units. We purchased the units a month ago and they are running well, smooth and quite. Thank you everyone for your great job.
