I'm a contractor and use Pioneer for all of my custom glass fabrication and installation. They are extremely professional, competitively priced and friendly team. Jake handles all my projects and always ensures that everything is perfect. They walk me and my clients through each step and make sure everyone is on the same page. Incredible and timely service. They came out and measured my shower and I was able to pick the beautiful doors i wanted from their collection. The installer took his time, and did a perfect job installing them. He went above and beyond by cleaning up residual glass from the prior doors shattering (new house and an owner DYI which shouldn't have been done!- this is for expert installers only).
The cleaning lady who unfortunately was cut while cleaning the doors before I moved in left bags of glass in my driveway. The installer offered to take away the bags, and even cleaned the driveway of any glass pieces. Superb service, quality product and outstanding installation. I will definitely have them replace the shower doors in my guest bath. Exceptional customer service all around. You can't go wrong with this company.

We've been using Pioneer Glass for years and have always had a great experience. Recently we hired them for a difficult job of installing a slider in our sunroom. The entire room is on a slant and the interior walls are pine. They did a phenomenal job of not only installing the slider, but also the interior and exterior finish work. We couldn't have been more happy with the outcome. The entire crew is professional and goes the extra mile. Highly recommend!

Finding a large piece of wavy glass for an antique cabinet is hard. Pioneer glass is your source they have many different types. Dave is great to work with sent a video of different types, and Dave helped decide the best one for my project. Cut to the exact size. Perfect! Packaged and shipped promptly. Definitely a good source.

I had a very positive experience with Jake and Dave at Pioneer Glass. They were very helpful in selecting the shower doors that I had seen elsewhere. They were quick to set up an appointment to measure the space and also quick to arrange installation when the doors were ready to be installed. I couldn't be more happy!

Its hard to find people who actually care about what they do for the customer. I'm a very picky contractor myself who does kitchen/bathroom renovations all the time and I'm very pleased to have stumbled upon Pioneer Glass. They did a shower install for me recently and it couldn't have come out any better. The installers showed up when they said they were going to.
When they arrived, the first initial set up was to use drop cloths to protect their surroundings. The little things like this make the world of difference not only for me but for the customers I'm working with as well. Between dealing with Jake, the price and quality of materials along with professional installers, I would definitely use these guys again soon. Thanks again!

Was searching for a glass / mirror shop to fabricate a replacement of a medicine cabinate mirrored door. I inquired online and got an immediate response! A few days later I drove there to drop off my mirror and they said it may be a few days, however, to my surprise I got a call in the afternoon saying it was ready. I was running a little late to pick it up but they kindly stayed late to ensure I could get my piece as my work schedule is very busy during the week. The price could not be beat and the quality was grade A! Great client service, promptness and price.

I had my windshield replaced today by Dave at Pioneer Glass. He was working alone and had quite a few customers call and come in but still managed to get my windshield done quickly and professionally. Pioneer (formerly Ace) is a reliable, local company. They do outstanding work in a timely fashion. I live in a local condominium complex and we rely on them to fix windows that are broken by errant golf shots. Always a good job with a polite, knowledgeable staff. They always call ahead so you know when to expect them - usually within 30 minutes. None of this "we'll be there between 9 and 3" stuff. I know I will use them again when the need arises.

Pioneer is our local go-to for windows. We have had 3 trees break windows on our porch in a little over a year, and each time Pioneer did a friendly, fast, and high-quality job. Pioneer values our business and strives to get our jobs done in a timely manner, every time. While there are other local companies to choose from, we continue to use Pioneer because we know we can trust them to do great work at a great price. We will be heading back soon to have ripped screens repaired.
