The persons that came to my house, explained everything very well. Even though I thought I had one problem in plumbing in my house, I have a lot more. They took the time to write out the estimates and send them to me so I can plan for the future. They presented themselves very well, and are very professional. They do not over talk to you either either.

Technician Tom came out to service our furnaces and inspect the AC units (two each). The price for the furnace maintenance and AC maintenance later in the year was fair. Tom was very kind and thorough during the time he was here. Definitely would recommend PV to anyone with HVAC needs.

The lady who scheduled my appointment was so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to get me scheduled when I had an emergency heat not working in super cold temps weather situation! Our heat stopped working on New Years Eve on a Sunday. I texted the owner, and he got the office to contact us right away. They had a technician out within a couple of hours. This was a 1 1/2 year old Carrier system that they had installed. The technician, Mike Sharpe, found the problem with the drain pipe that had triggered the system to shut down. He fixed it right away.

PV Heating and Cooling impressed me with both the ease of scheduling and their willingness to listen to my epic saga with my furnace. Steve was excellent in identifying the problem with my ducting and more importantly explaining the issue in terms I could understand. I've had multiple Service Techs troubleshoot the symptoms, Steve was the first to communicate not just the problem but also potential solutions.

I typically enjoy my scheduled visits with PV. The technicians are always kind, humble, and VERY knowledgeable. Steve D. was nothing like our previous technicians. He mansplained everything and talked over me. He was training someone else and was did not come across as positive and encouraging. I shared this feedback with their scheduling team. I am still willing to give PV another chance. but expect better in the future.

Have been using PV for years - they are knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, and reliable. I appreciate being given all my options and given recommendations, but never being given a hard sell, and being able to choose the best option for my situation without pressure. Scheduling is easy and technicians keep you updated on arrival times - and it's also nice that if earlier appointments become available, the office will contact you and let you know.

Just had Mike here early this Sunday morning - he was cheerful, efficient, and figured out the problem quickly. He was also kind enough not to laugh when it turned out that it was due to user error on my part. He was able to resolve things quickly and for less money than I had anticipated. I've always been very happy with service from PV and can recommend them highly.

Kenneth did an amazing job with the furnace inspection. He took his time to explain to me what his analysis and evaluation was. Made recommendations to correct the problem. Suggested installing a new furnace since this current one is about 15 years old.

High praise to the PV team! During a fall/winter maintenance check Joseph M. discovered a noise coming from the inducer motor in my furnace. He quickly worked with his team to order the part so a repair could happen quickly. Not long after this I received a text to schedule the repair appointment. Michael C. responded and quickly made the repair as well as thoughtfully answered my questions.

PV Heating and Air replaced both furnaces in my Mom's home. The company exceeded our expectations. The day before the work began they sent a technician to evaluate the job to determine what was needed. The next day a team of three arrived. They were on time, professional, respectful of the property, and provided stellar customer service. They were shoe covers in the home because she has hard wood floors.

They placed a protective cover on the floor before placing the furnace down. They even cleaned up after they picked up the covers! Pricing can't be beat. I highly recommend this company because they did an outstanding job, very thorough, and professional. Selecting another company as the old cliche goes you get what you pay for but if your home deserves the best PV Heating & Air is the company to call! PV Heating & Air replaced our fan and motor. Jeff was who helped us and he was extremely dependable, honest and helpful. We'll likely need a new unit in the next few years and will be back! Much quieter and seems to have better air flow as well.

Eric Black and Nick Staples did a great job putting in a brand new AC system in the attic of my 70s townhouse! Definitely a tricky install but they got it done in the expected window and left no mess. No complaints.

PV is a HVAC contractor that is careful to do load calculations and offer duct pressure tests before replacing a system, taking into account insulation and other home improvements. After getting oversized units in the past, I wanted to be sure to get the right sized heat pump since I'm in a very humid climate. Highly recommended. Update 2023: I'm signed up for the maintenance plan though it's expensive. Their service techs are very polite and I just got a UV light added.

PV heating and air technicians informed me what they performed on installation communicating thermostat very professionally for the communication heat pump was installed in 2009. Thank you for their hard work, rewiring from old system to the new thermostat.

Mitchell and Neal from PV were great. My AC system gave out after 22 years out and they arrived the next morning to install a new system and my house was cool again by lunch time. They were also knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

My technician Russell was the friendliest, most professional, well versed tech that has serviced my hvac unit since being installed 2 years ago. Some techs come in, get the job done as fast as possible so they can move on. Which I understand on a busy schedule. But Russell Minor explained to me what he has doing step-by-step making sure I understood what and why, he was working on the tasks he was completing.

As soon as he walked into my home, until the got in his truck, he made sure I was satisfied with the service and the quality of work he was there to do. Hire more folks like Russell.

This is the first time I have used PV Heating & Air, and it was an emergency. The other company I have been using was just not responsive. PV was incredibly responsive, very professional, and truly personable. Alex (the tech who came out) was fantastic, knowledgeable and didn't mind my (endless) questions. I actually signed a service contract with them on the spot. PV Heating & Air is my go to from this point on.

Way overdue on a yearly maintenance for our AC system, and knew we had some repairs to be done on the A/C unit. PV was easy to schedule with, and our tech Ahmed was prompt, easy to talk to, clearly experienced, and answered any and all questions we had without reservation. He performed a very thorough maintenance, and came up with the issues we expected to hear.

They even took care of the repair work that same day, and at a reasonable price. Overall a completely professional experience from beginning to end, I'm sure I'll do business with them again - PV has a local reputation for being a trustworthy vendor and I can now confirm that to be true!
