Cole returned after initial treatment as the garage had been cleaned out and could get better coverage. He was thorough and climbed into the attic to check the mouse activity and having found some replenished and put out traps. Explained the next time they came out they would look for holes where they could get in and try to block those. Did not want to do that now as then they couldn't get back outside to get water like they would normally do. I appreciated the explanation and hope we can get these critters out of there. They belong in the woods, not in the attic or the house.: thank you Cole.

I met Cole as my neighbor and he introduced his business and offered an opportunity for pest control at my home. He is very kind and gracious. He and his brother operate this business. The one thing most important to me is that the product he uses is safe around pets and children. My big issues were spiders and rolypolies. After the first application I noticed in less than a week that the bugs were gone. Cole had explained up front that he would return within 4 weeks to spray for eggs to stop the cycle.
Then return about every 12 weeks for maintenance. The cost is reasonable and so far has proven to be well worth it. He guarantees pest control and will come free of charge should I notice a resurgence of bugs or spiders. Glad to have him as a neighbor and for taking care of the pests! I highly recommend Cole and Natureshield!
