It was easy to order a mulch delivery from Mulch Mound but I didn't like the fact you couldn't see your total before e adding credit card info and authorizing payment. I did have a coupon/promo code and it was applied correctly. Then came delivery day and by noon I hadn't received my order. I called Customer Service and was told a driver called off but we would have delivery within 1-2 hours.
When I got home, probably around an hour later, the mulch had arrived. I would order from Mulch Mound again because their delivery fee is more than reasonable and they have proven to be reputable but it would be nice to know what you are being charged before you pay.

Best company I think I've ever dealt with. Tyler was amazing. He went above and beyond to meet all of my expectations. He even answered a bunch of questions I had about yardwork/landscaping. I also found out that they not only do mulch, but they do rock and sand as well. Moving forward, this is the only company I believe I will work with when it comes to my yard projects because of his excellent customer service.

The kindness and generosity that this company has shown my family is enormous. We had a delivery scheduled but we had to reschedule due to the sudden passing of our son. When we called to reschedule they told us they would deliver the mulch and refund our money. I truly appreciate the compassion they have shown is beautiful. Thank you.
