Broken garage door spring on Sunday and was back up and running in less than 24 hours thanks to Overhead Door Company of Frederick. I submitted an online form on Sunday afternoon when the spring broke and expected a call on Monday. Got a call back in about 30 minutes, was given the estimated cost and she booked a technician for Monday morning. Jason arrived early Monday, completed the repair very timely, was easy to chat with and had us back to good in short order. Would very much recommend them.

Early this morning, the spring on my garage door broke. Within hours Kendall Phoenix arrived at my house to do the repair. He explained the scope of work that I needed done for the repair. Then he got right to work. Even though it was extremely hot outside, he worked efficiently and got the job done in about an hour. I was very happy with the work. He cleaned up everything! I highly recommend overhead door and Kendall Phoenix.

I've had nothing but great experiences with this company! We've used their after-hours service on more than one occasion. They've always responded quickly and the repairs have been performed perfectly. Vonceil came out today and got our very old doors operational within an hour. Will be ordering new garage doors very soon from Overhead Door Company of Washington, DC!

We were able to get an appt the next day (on a Saturday). Technician (Vonceil) was very professional and friendly. Fixed the problem and identified other fixes he would recommend without being pushy.

I need to leave this positive review for Mike N. His service was outstanding. I am very pleased with the result of the repair he's done with my garage gate. I requested work order for my garage door to our local housing maintenance, I am not sure what they have been doing but even temporary fix was not was not even a success. My only request was for me to be able to lock the door from the outside as the lock mechanism was messed up if tried to lock from outside.

It was not very convenient to lock your garage door when you are already outside then had to go to back again inside through your main entrance door is it? It's such a relief now with Mike's resolve. He had not just repaired the lock but even lubricated the moving parts and made sure it's back to how it should work its purpose. Mike has worked after hours to get my gate repaired, to me that's commitment and dedication on its own right.

He was friendly with my pets as well, They like him. His attention to detail deserves a commendation, He also has a plan B in case the fix he's done would fail if ever. I just want his leadership to recognise his workmanship and for him to get credit on his excellent performance.

Trevor came out to fix the spring he also replaced the piece on the bottom of the door. I had someone answer the phone on Sunday and it was fixed in 24 hours after I called. What a great company. The spring broke on our very heavy garage door. I called on a Monday and Connor, our service rep arrives the very next day, on time and very polite. Unfortunately he didn't have the part necessary on his truck, but instead of giving up and rescheduling me, he actually waited at my house while another colleague brought the part to him. I was really shocked and impressed by the dedication of Connor and team to try their best to get the repair right the first time, and not extend the repair process.

They came really fast! The technician Joey, was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. He had the garage fixed in less than the anticipated hour and explained everything that he did so I knew what to expect and what I was paying for. Well worth the price and time! I hope to not need them again, but if so they'll be my first stop and I recommend they be yours!

I contacted Overhead Door Company after a friend referred me to them because of their quality of service. I expected to have to wait several days for someone to replace the spring on my garage door. The phone rep. said that they could take care of it that evening when I got home from work because they have 24 hour service. The technician called to let me know he would arrive in 30 minutes and actually arrived on time.

He replaced the spring on my garage door and performed maintenance. He was very friendly and professional. It was nice not to have to take off work or spend the weekend waiting for a technician to come. I will definitely use Overhead Door Company again.

Sam was absolutely fabulous. When he first arrived, he thought he was going to have to order a product and then return in two weeks to fix our garage door. But after making a call to his company, he found he had the equipment needed to complete the job. Approximately two hours later, the job was complete.
