My experience with this company was excellent. I called on a Friday afternoon regarding a poorly operating garage door which I had purchased from the company over twenty years ago. The technician was scheduled for the following Monday between 12:00 and 4:00. He called about 11:30 and arrived at about 12:05. I explained the nature of the problem and he quickly diagnosed why it was occurring.

The motherboard was deteriorating and would take about two hours to replace it and the accessories. The job was completed in slightly less time. The door which had been troublesome for over a year, is now operating smoothly. I am very pleased with the quality of service received from all of the company employees with whom I interacted.

Jose and Keith A. were timely, professional and courtesy. Very knowledgeable about my door situation and proposed a solution right away.

Vonceil volunteered to do my install on a weekend because it had to be rescheduled. He did a fantastic job! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a clear and helpful way. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was to my satisfaction. He was kind and courteous and had a great personality. I am very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him!

Mike, our tech, was incredibly great. He called us to alert us to the fact that he was on the way. He diagnosed the problem (a broken spring) within seconds after entering the garage. He estimated that he would be able to complete the repair in about an hour, which turned out to be quite accurate. He displayed a high degree of professionalism, competence, and efficiency.

In addition to the repair, he lubricated the hinges and performed preventive maintenance. In addition, he was friendly and pleasant. He even charmed our puppy! Before he arrived, we were feeling quite desperate. An hour later, the problem was solved and we were feeling relieved. The price was very reasonable - especially for an emergency repair at 5 pm on the day before Easter Sunday. My wife and I are very happy customers.

Questions were answered thoroughly, the doors arrived for inspection within the time estimate provided, and the actual installation was done professionally and quickly. Joey and Julian were both a pleasure to have here all day and were great when they finished up and went over paperwork, maintenance and scheduling the follow up to install trim. From my first contact with the estimator to the completed installation of our garage door Overhead Door did an outstanding job. The estimator was low key and very professional, explaining the various options and prices and showing us appropriate samples. The door we ordered was received at the promised time and installation went off without a hitch.

The installer arrived at the appointed time, was friendly, very careful, and did an excellent job. He tested everything, explained the operation, and cleaned up thoroughly. We couldn't be happier!
