Michael was very knowledgeable, kind and informative. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Came out and completed the work on the same day I called. Very refreshing after the run around I received the day before from a competitive company. Michael quoted the cost and exactly what he was going to do. He installed a new garage door motor and cables.

He also installed a safety cable on the springs and new pulley wheels for the door cables. He didn't charge me for those. The other company couldn't even give me a quote on site. Valerie and Bendy are so happy!

I Highly recommend using A Better Garage Door! I called for someone to come out, and was scheduled for the next day! The technician, Tom, was courteous, on time and explained clearly what was wrong with my garage door, which was having issues closing, had noisy rollers, as well as a gap in the bottom corner where light was coming in. He fixed everything! My garage door now closes quietly and efficiently - it is amazing! I will definitely use them again!

Tom was helpful, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. My springs were small, cheap and weak, besides being broken, so I was thankful to be upgraded to a larger, stronger and longer-lasting pair. I especailly liked how Tom got the tension adjustment right the first time and demonstrated it, then let me get the feel of the balance. Great job!

We bought our house a year ago and got unlucky and have had to replace our opening mechanism and springs and Thomas always does an excellent job. Very quick and professional. I call and they always pickup or call me back quickly.

Mike and his team are fabulous! Last night I get a message from my friends that my garage door at my Louisville home had stopped working (stuck partially open) and unfortunately I'm out of the country. It was 4:45pm. I started calling around and the first 3 places say yes they can send someone right away but since it would be after 5pm it would be an emergency charge of between $75 - $485 plus the cost of parts.

Then I call Mike at A Better Garage Door -Broomfield. He's the owner, and he said I can send a guy over right away (they are open till 7pm). Tom (the technician) arrived promptly and had the problem fixed quickly. With no emergency charges! I highly recommend this locally owned and manager business.

Tom did a wonderful job repairing my garage door. He also answered all my questions and was very thorough, helpful, and respectful. And the cost was very reasonable. I would totally recommend A Better Garage Door to anyone having a problem with their garage door.
