I had a very good experience! I recommend Nelson air have repaired one of my units and installed 3 more new units for my restaurant! The job was done fast and exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend- great people and great work! We are lucky to have this company in our area to service hvac needs. So many companies send out whoever to look and guess what might be going on with your very expensive equipment and no layman really knows what problems may lie within the elaborate network of pipes, machinery and motors that sit outside the house and in the attic.
This family knows their stuff and doesn't waste your time. My hvac purrs like a kitten now, and I know who to call if I want a no nonsense straightforward fix to whatever may be ailing my system (if it acts up again). Happy!

We used Scott from Nelson air to install a new hvac system at our home. We had 2 estimates and both were competitive but decided to go with Scott due to his professionalism and dealing with the owner rather than an hourly technician trying to upsell us. Also he's local to Yorba Linda which we preferred, we have no problem recommending. Service:A/C system repair

Customer service from everyone at Nelson Air is outstanding.. The company was highly recommended by a friend and I can now say 5 star service is what they give. From an initial meet up with Scott and review of my air and heating updates to the installation of a new attic furnace and air conditioning unit performed by Daniel, Nelson Air is excellent. Daniel saw to the wiring and duct work meeting code standards.

I called Nelson Air to come to my business to give me a quote. I own a grooming salon and was looking to tap into my current air conditioning unit and run a duct into my kennel room, where we keep the dogs, so they would stay nice and cool as well. The owner came initially to give me the quote and the price was fair. We set up a time for one of his guys to come back to do the job. The guy that came was friendly and did a good job. Two thumbs up.

These guys do the job right the 1st time and if you ever need them to re-check something, they are always willing to go the extra mile. Had them replace a wall mounted AC unit in my apartment. I can't believe my apartment gets cold now. Their prices can't be beat either. I've recommended them to friends, family and co-workers.
