Vineyard just finished our large deck project. Troy, Ryan, and Jessie were all very professional. My concerns, desires and and questions were promptly addressed. Jessie's crew arrived on time every day and worked hard. I am very happy with my deck. I would certainly recommend Vineyard. They produced a quality product at a fair price.

When selecting the contractor for our composite deck/patio/courtyard/stamped concrete project, we selected based on 3 things: quality of construction, value, and ability to manage a complex project. Not only did we get that above the other contractors we didn't select, we were further surprised by the little things that their crew did to add significant value. Steven and Colton were constantly bringing up ideas from their expertise to improve the finished look.
Every interaction was filled with "what if we did this" and "we could make it look like this". The details surrounding each material selection, the railing orientation, the infield and border layout design, and the best lighting composition made for a truly exceptional end product.

This deck is our happy spot and my picture does not do it justice. Very happy with the deck renovation by Vineyard construction! Job was to re-deck a 30 year old foundation showing its age. Troy was very responsive during the estimation and bidding phase, responding to various requests for options and modifications. Demo was efficient and clean - all materials removed and area swept for debris. Replaced some joists and hangers after inspection. Installed wood decking with hidden fasteners, custom railing, benches and flower boxes with excellent attention to detail and workmanship. High marks to the construction crew - polite, professional, on time and not rushed. Good follow-up. Highly recommended - they are the real deal!

Troy and his crew were very professional and very knowledgeable in the tear-down and rebuild of our deck. Troy bent over backwards to share composite samples with us so that we were comfortable with our choice... and we absolutely were! They took our ideas from Pinterest and executed on them perfectly... and were great about consulting with us first before they started a new section. The deck turned out fantastic - couldn't be happier! Highly recommend!

Troy is professional, courteous, and has integrity. This may sound commonsense, but he was the only contractor who showed up for our initial appointment on time and followed up with a timely and professional (not to mention reasonable) quote for our deck. When he said he would do something, he did it! I highly recommend Troy Vineyard and Vineyard Construction Company!
