This July my 12 year old AC units were struggling to cool the house and I was informed my units needed to be replaced. I contacted multiple contractors including Emergency Air. Kristian represented Emergency Air and was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a thorough inspection of my current unit and provided multiple options to replace my current units from lowest cost up to more expensive and efficient units available.

He explained in detail the installation process and what Emergency Air would be able to improve based on their installation. Kristian helped me get the best price on the new multi stage efficient units I liked. Raoul and his installation team were very professional and courteous. The new Carrier units have performed flawlessly since installation in July and electric bills have seen a significant decrease so far. Thank You Emergency Air and your team.

Phenomenal service when we were in a tight spot. Warm weekend and blower motor decided to die. Broc showed up same day, on time and professionalism that surpasses 99% of service industry. Customer service to the highest standard with extreme attention to detail. Highly recommended!

Tech came in with good knowledge. Took his time to explain and suggest items I might need without being too pushy. Went through the entire system. The last guy didn't spend the time up in the attic as this tech did. I felt like I was being taken care of. The only complaint I would have is the processing fee. I get it but pretty high IMO.

The technician was the most professional and knowledgeable tech we've experienced. He took time and photos to explain to me in detail the problems with our a/c. He also explained and showed the work-arounds done by the previous home warranty techs. Now I understand why, even though we have solar panels, our utility bill is so high. To be quite honest, he did above and beyond the $39.99 a/c tune up special. I highly recommend Emergency Air.

We had a terrible storm last night that left us without power for more than 6 hours. When we tried to turn on our ac unit there was no air flow coming out at all. So I gave Emergency Air a call and made an appointment for the same day. Russ came out to diagnose the issue and found out that our motor was completely done for, the storm took it out due to our split system being very sensitive like a smart computer.

So we are still covered for parts which is great, and just had to pay for labor costs. We payed half now to get the part ordered and once it's delivered Russ will come back to install the part and get our ac working again! Russ is a very genuine and kind ac tech guy, very straight up, and I appreciate that. Thank you Russ it's people like you who make a great business. I recommend them 100%. A

Rich Delaney was the technician that serviced my HVAC 2 units and did an excellent tune-up on them. This was his second time at my home and again he was a gentleman and real professional in addressing the maintenance of my units. Upon completion he reviewed his findings with me in terms that could be understood. I want to note he indicated how much he enjoyed working for Emergency Air and I believe he is an excellent representative of his company. I also would like to state Summer was very helpful in making arrangements and follow-up for this service.

Called emergency air this morning after our AC unexpected shut off. These guys had a HVAC tech out to me 3 hours later and fixed the AC in another hour. They did not overcharge or try to sell more than was needed. Overall excellent experience. Service:HVAC system repair

William was great! He was very thorough in reviewing what he was going to do and why, her was very personable, and recommended a hard stop to extend the life of the equipment. The scheduling team has always been on top of the schedule and was able to tell me when to expect Will, and we're always positive and well-trained. I have been really happy with Emergency Air over the last few years. I signed up for their maintenance program and they send a technician out a few times a year to make sure my units are running smooth and give them a much needed cleaning. Yesterday they sent Gerald out and he was super professional and educated me on some the process, things to look out for, and even looked at a mini-split unit I have in my garage which isn't even part of my maintenance plan.

I was super satisfied and was informed about some bacteria I have growing in the blowers. He went over some different options to take care of the issue and it felt great to know that I will be able to take care of it right away before it gets into the ducts and becomes a major problem. Still a satisfied customer.

My technician Jose Mata, was the best technician I've ever had come and do maintenance under my plan. He explained everything, took pictures, and really did a great cleaning of the system. I was thinking about canceling my 5yr contract with Emergency Air because of the poor service. I'm sure glad I didn't. The new owners have implemented new standards of service and hired people like Jose Mata who take pride in their work. Than you!

Our tech Gerald L. was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I appreciate that he took pics and videos of his findings during the health inspection. Despite the heavy demand in AZ for repair, they were able to get a technician out to my house within a matter of hours! I was so shocked. They arrived, highly professional and they provided me options yet still explaining the complete situation in its totality. They have various financial options and can with almost any situation. William came to our home yesterday to do regular maintenance on our heat pump, and he was great! Communication with the office when our appointment was scheduled and about William's arrival time occurred via text and telephone and was very timely. William was repectful and professional, and he took many photos during the servicing of our unit which he used to show us how our unit was functioning.

We have never had such a thorough explanation about the health of our unit! William told us about their Heroes Program which provides regular maintenance visits twice each year. We are happy to be supporting a Veteran-owned company which truly seems to care about their Veteran customers!

From the initial call to set up our regular maintenance service to the moment the technician walked into our house the communication was top notch. The technician William was so courteous and knowledgeable. He let us know up front what to expect and each step of the way and he gave us a report card at the end of the service. He was respectful of our home and our time. This is the best experience we have had with an HVAC company. We will definitely be requesting William for all our follow up maintenance and service.

Best service ever! Gerald is so knowledgeable, patient and thorough in explaining everything to us. He gave us peace of mind to make Emergency Air our AC company. We enrolled in the preventative maintenance program mainly from the trusting relationship we felt from him. As a small business owner I would want all my employees to be just like Gerald.

Exceptionally professional. Courteous. On time. Knowledgeable My A/C stopped blowing cold air, and after doing my due diligence (making sure the evaporator coils were not frozen over, circuit wasn't tripped, etc.), I called Emergency Air and was given a timeframe between 2 and 6 in the afternoon, 2 being a little less than three hours from the initial call.

I received a text with said appointment. At about 1:30, I received another text letting me know (and a call) the name and photo of the technician (Michael R.) and that they were on their way. Michael arrived quickly, introduced themselves and quickly got to work. They had troubleshot and identified the needed replacement part by about 2:30. Michael gave the estimated cost to repair the A/C, along with an estimate for an additional compressor saver kit, while also honestly explaining the kit was absolutely not necessary to get my A/C up and running again.

After approving the fix, Michael R. had the A/C up and running and blowing cold air within 20 minutes. In total, Emergency Air had my A/C repaired less than 4 hours after my initial call, on a 113° day in the middle of July, and I get to sleep at home tonight instead of a hotel. Seriously amazing service
