I called Cornerstone Inspection to do an "eleven month" inspection on my new home. I'm so glad that I had them come out. Alex found some issues with my home that I would not have seen and I would not have even known that they were issues because I'm not a builder. Alex was very professional and he explained all the issues to me. I received my report that very same day. Cornerstone Inspection was great to work with. I truly wish that I would have hired them to do the inspection before I moved in.

Easy to contact for an appointment, rep was knowledgeable and provided details on process, inspector timely, called CD after inspection to review findings and answer any questions. Adams Homes builder does not allow buyers to be present with the inspector - they said due to liability ( weird/strange). Inspector sent report same day with pictures. Overall excellent experience. This was a regular inspection, no in-depth inspection of things like mold, underground pipes or any invasive checks. This was a new construction home.

Cory came out immediately and tested every wall in every room for humidity, besides just taking sample of mold. Very extensive testing and explanations of all my "what does that mean" in laymen terms. The mold report came back 24 hours later & Cory answered my questions about that too. Also due to the type of mold and where it was, agreed that duct cleaning would take care of it. Also, he was correct in that it was the furnace not working properly.

I just had Colby and Alex from Cornerstone come and inspect my new build home. I received a call promptly after contacting the company and was given a time for the inspection that was convenient for me. They showed up on time and began their inspection immediately. They were very through in their inspection checking all the electrical components, plumbing, and appliances. Alex was up in the roof, not like some inspectors that take photos from the ground where they might miss something.
He also was in the attic checking the structure and ductwork. I felt I received good value for the cost never mind piece of mind. I would definitely recommend this company if you need a home inspection done.

Cornerstones saved us with their time efficiency I called and was able to have a test done within 24 hours and results within 48 hours of the test allowing for us to be able to close on our new home in a timely manner their schedule is impeccable. I called Cornerstone Inspections about an issue I had and they scheduled a mold inspection, even though I was a little outside the area they serve. They helped me out tremendously! Scott performed an inspection on the property I was gonna buy, I'm very happy with his service. He answered all my questions and was very detailed with his job. It's my first time in the process of buying a house and of course I was scared of wasting my money on poor service but as soon as I talked to Scott and he started performing his job I felt pretty confident on using his services.
