Looking for vanishing screens for a problematic door in our kitchen and our front door. I researched a local Escondido company for the job. Apollo was the company that stood out. From the moment I called to inquire to ease of Chris coming to measure and a few days later the install. The install tech from start to finish explained everything about the process and installed within an hour or so. Priced right for the product and most of all the kind and caring folks from start to finish who made sure my screen needs were met. Completely satisfied with the response and service with this company. The new doors were quickly installed and were wonderful! The doors were bumped a few times, and the spring back feature worked like a dream until the 115 pound "puppy" went running through at full speed. No door would have stayed intact! The replacement went smoothly, and the dog now stops at the door and makes sure it's open before going through. Absolutely recommend products and personnel.

HIS ClearView were prompt and courteous with the service. They notified me by phone that they were on the way. I'm pleased with my new retractable screen door. Much better quality than the pleated door that I previously purchased.

The ClearView screen I purchased this year fits seamlessly on my large sliding door and does indeed provide a clear view when in use. The silver frame I chose matches the existing aluminum door hardware perfectly. The installation went quickly and the screen functions well except for a small deformation in the lower slide track which causes the screen to hang up and warp a bit.

I can nudge it a little with my foot to get the screen to close normally and I did spray the track with the silicon that was provided and that seems to help some. Not a big issue, I'm sure the track can be tweaked back to shape and with the lifetime warrantee I look forward to years of bug free screening.

We have had a great experience with HIS ClearView, but part of what has made the experience so great has been the installers, Angel and Pueblo, they are so reliable, responsible, take pride in their craft and are always so incredibly polite. They are the real reason we keep coming back to HIS. I also need to mention Leo, she has helped with all the follow up and coordination of installations.

She has been a pleasure to work with and very reliable as well. We have ordered two other screens after our first purchase on only 1 screen. This company is the only one that offered the 60" single span we wanted for our two French door sets. Personnel for both the consultation/measurement and install appointments were on time and professional. Install was quick and he cleaned up everything. He showed me how to best operate the screens and gave some maintenance tips. These screens really are "clear view" - I have to put a hanging chain in front of the screen when closed so the family doesn't run into them! They do a great job of letting the air in and keeping the bugs out.

HIS was exceptionally easy to work with. They scheduled a time to measure my doors and provide a quote, then followed up quickly with an installation date. Our installer was efficient, friendly, and competent. Our screen door is very high quality- much nicer than anything from a big box store that we looked at. HIS has also been very responsive to a handful of questions I've had post-sale. I've since recommended HIS to several neighbors.

We love our HIS ClearView screen so much that we ordered a second one for our french doors. The entire process was simple and easy. On the day of installation, it took about an hour, there was no mess, no hassle and now we have the opportunity to keep our doors open with no worry!

I like the product. The service, both estimator and installer were prompt, courteous and efficient. The service notices from the offices were frequent without being intrusive. The screen door is seamless in terms of appearance and operation of the door it is in.

Clear view installed a retractable screen door several years ago and it has been one of my best investments. It blends into the black metal frame and brings fresh air in and keeps bugs out. The customer service is outstanding; the inservice techs are friendly and professional.

We've had TWO hideaway screen doors installed in the last 8 months. They both work perfectly, and help make our home more beautiful. Great company.

We've had other screen doors in the past (on the front door is an old Phantom retractable screen door) and on our back door we have a Mirage retractable screen door. We like the Mirage, and the door quality is nice, but it really slams hard if you don't guide it all the way to closed position. We decided to give ClearView a try because the door has a soft close feature and otherwise looks very similar to other retractable screen doors.

The process from start to finish was very easy. Called them to have someone come out to give me a quote, and they were able to get a sales rep out within a couple days. He came, measured etc and gave me our options for door handle type, lock options, etc then gave a quote and info I needed about the door, install, etc. We agreed on was best for us and I gave them a $200 deposit via credit card (be aware they do charge a small percentage fee if you want to pay with credit card, but I was ok with that) and we scheduled the install.

They were about 2 weeks out for install (which they said was about usual) so just don't think you're going to get a new screen door from them in a couple days. So we set up a time for about 2 weeks out and they gave me the name of the installer, who for us was Isaiah C. 2 days before the appt they called me with a reminder, then Isaiah called 30 min before his arrival for a heads up that he was en route.

He showed up right on time and proceeded to uninstall the existing screen door (which is included in the price) and installed the new door in about an hour total time. He also hauled away the old screen which was great because it was a piece of junk! Isaiah did a great job with the install and before leaving, showed us all the features of the door an how to operate and maintain it. I'd definitely get another ClearView screen door and recommend to others.

We installed 3 of the retractable screen doors a couple of weeks back, just in time for a particularly long hot spell in our area. Being able to open up a cross draft in our home without worrying about bugs or neighborhood cats finding their way in is fabulous. We are thrilled with the product. When they are retracted they are almost invisible. When they are in use they perform perfectly. What else can one ask for? We are thinking about installing one more of these screen doors. Highly recommended!

Had one installed a couple years ago. Regular screen door was not installed properly, and was not the average size, making it a difficult fit. Very satisfied with the product, although, there's a small separation by the handle ( my kids pulled on hadle incorrectly).
