Steve's Plumbing and AC came recommended to me so I called them when I had an issue with my old AC unit. I was able to get an appointment quickly, and Jake came out for the service call in the early part of the window given to me (always helpful!). Jake explained everything, gave me options for a repair needed as well as let me know what to expect within the next 2 yrs so that I could plan. No high pressure upselling and he fixed the problem. I will use them again if/when the need arises!

Fantastic service in all aspects! Easy to make an appointment with the friendly dispatcher and they arrived at the agreed time the next day. Leland & Nate came and they quickly identified the problems and took care of them. Leland was very clear and professional in explaining the solutions. Very polite and had shoe coverings for entering the house. Steve's Plumbing is the best. Highly recommend. Mahalo!

I would like to let you know how much I appreciate Aaron Nativdad and Josiah Patao. They came to my house yesterday to help me with two plumbing issues. they were freindly, efficient and most imporantly so competent. There are other plumbing companies on Maui but I will stay with Steves because of your technicians and fast friendly service. Worth every penny to get such awesome service. So grateful. Shawn and Isaiah were the 2 techs that came over to help me. They were able to come hours ahead of schedule. They made sure to cover their shoes when going into the house and removing them when they exit. They did this very diligently. This little detail says alot in their attention to details. They cleared the drain blockage and took pictures and video to show the results and explained what was happening during the process.
They made sure to cleaned all areas where they working and assisted me in placing back the freezer that was covering one of the drain clean-out access. Shawn and Isaiah are great representatives and credit to the company. I will definitely recommend Steve's Plumbing & AC Service to all! Thank you, Franklin Lau

Justin and Henry did an amazing job on my 4-Zone AC install! From the moment they arrived at my home for the estimate, I pretty much knew that Steve's Plumbing & AC was the company I was going to hire for the job. Justin and Henry were on time, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and completely up front about the work that was needed. I was provided multiple pricing options to fit my budget which made the decision easy. The install took only 3 days, and the house is nice and cool! A service and quality work!

Excellent professional service. Extremely satisfied and will be using this service in the future for all my plumbing needs. I am the GM for a restaurant in kailua kona and this is the first time using their service. The usual provider were busy till the following week. Needed this job done like yesterday. Leon was fantastic! Friendly, fast, thorough, and clean. Not sure if it's a good value since plumbing service pricing, but I'm very satisfied with the work so it was worth every penny. Leon and his apprentice were helpful and professional. I had many plumbing concerns as we just moved into this older home. After explaining all the needed repairs they were able to complete two of the more urgent things and then plan on doing the remaining repairs when possible. I am very pleased and look forward to the completion of the work.
