Corey is the best, very professional and did a fantastic job fixing our leaking shower faucets and replaced our bath sink faucets too. He immediately knew what was wrong and fixed it in a very short time. He was very efficient and was respectful of our place by cleaning after his mess. I had lots of experience with plumbers and electrician since I used to flip homes and Corey with Steven's Plumbing was a master plumber. Will not hesitate to use again and recommend too. Matthew Alvarez was very efficient with his time while he was here. Matthew came and discussed the price with the client, explained how everything was gonna work and it was very assuring how calm and respectful he was while explaining it. Matthew was very knowledgeable and knew what he was talking about and how much everything would cost which usually any client would want to know. It was just a quote for a solar water heater replacement, but Ka'alai was on time, professional and very friendly. I got my quote the same day. I called other plumbing services and they either kept changing my appointment due to so called emergencies 3 times which was an inconvenience of having to change our schedules to be at home. Steve's Plumbing is on the top of our list for future troubleshoot calls.

Very responsive and helpful. Submitted an email inquiry at 7:00 am, called by dispatch at 7:45 am and the Aaron was at my house checking on the problem by 8:30 am. He explained the problem well and gave me options for repair. He was efficient and professional and I had a new working water heater by the afternoon!

They gave me a quote for a water heater relocation. He was very professional and thorough. I don't know yet if they will be doing the work yet, but I am very confident he will do a great job.
