Great experience. Will definitely be using him in the future. He was professional, fast, and did not leave the work undone, even when it got very complicated and required lots of waiting around for the software in my thermostat to boot. A lot of people would have just installed a cheaper thermostat and called it a day, but he helped me fix my Ecoboost, which saved me a lot of money.

I called Patrick to get a quote on a furnace and air conditioning install. Patrick asked a few questions and after seeing a couple of pictures he sent me a quote that evening. When I called to schedule installation he was able to do it within a week. Patrick and his crew were efficient, polite and cleaned up including removing the old equipment. Not only did Patrick quickly get me a quote with a few pictures and information, but was able to schedule the installation a few days later. With a great price and a very professional install I was very pleased. Patrick and his helper had no issue with answering any and all of my questions throughout the install but even explained them in depth and in ways I could understand. I spoke to a gentleman named Patrick over the phone regarding my furnace. I only had to explain the issue to him once. He came out promptly on the set date and time scheduled. He recognized the issue within one minute of arrival. And fixed it the issue within five minutes of arrival. The price of the maintenance and repair was significantly less than their competitors.

If all my home updates were handled this seamlessly these type of projects would create much less anxiety and would be a much more pleasant experience.
