20 yo furnace started acting up - Jerry stopped by to do a check-up and found some MAJOR problems that could've turned into a mess and a half. Calmly walked us through not only the problems, but multiple solutions as well. Was professional the whole way through. Deided on a replacement instead a piecemeal fix, wasn't inappropriately upsold. Really appreciate the company and of course Jerry.

Hope to update the review after the install (which by yhe way will happen only 12 hours after the 1st visit!) Edit: next day, Brandon and Ryan did a fantastic full install, furnace and AC - friendly, super professional, knowledgeable dudes. Glad we picked Reimer!

I just purchased my first house and during the inspection realized the AC unit was not working. We cleared closing and had an appointment with Reimer the next day. They sent out George W. who recognized the house from previous maintenance visits and he was able to quickly diagnose a loss of refrigerant. He was able to fix the AC unit that day and provided me with some tips on how to keep my HVAC system running well. George was super helpful and knowledgeable, he answered all of my questions.

Scott came over to determine what work needed to be done. Very professional and provided safety check on boiler system. The very next day they were able to send Quintin to install a new boiler and fixing leaking baseboard. They understood our urgency since there was water leaking from our baseboard. Friendly, kind, great customer service, even when our kids and pup wanted to say a quick hello. We have used them for years and will continue to do so. 5 star service every time

Adam, tech who did the annual boiler maintenance check, was excellent. He was professional, yet friendly and personable. Arrival time was prompt, arriving when indicated. He was easy to work with, understood and actually heard my concerns and questions, addressing all of them (he was patient as well). Would highly recommend Adam!

Mark was awesome. Super knowledgeable, honest, and helpful. Easily explained what was occurring in the inside of our furnace. He walked through all of my options when my furnace was giving me issues. Looking forward to working with Mark and the Reimer team.

I can't say enough about Reimer. As a company they are so responsive and knowledgeable. I had James C come out to do maintenance on my AC. He was so patient and taught me so much! He was thorough, he gave me options and he wasn't pushy at all. Truly a valuable experience all around. Update- I had an issue with my AC David M came out took care of the problem. Cody and Matt showed up on time, replace 2 toilets at our home, very neat, organized, answered questions and were done in a timely manner. Our technician was very knowledgeable about our furnace and showed us what was going on in our furnace. We were very pleased with his explanation of everything. We are going to have a new furnace put so we will be warm this winter. Thank you Scott for your help. We would recommend Reimer to any one that needs service for their furnace. Patrick recently came to perform the annual maintenance on my furnace. In addition, he alerted me to an electrical issue with my nearby fuse box. I called an electrician that same day and got it taken care of. The situation could have been much worse had Patrick not brought it to my attention. I've been a loyal customer of Reimer's for nearly a decade. I appreciate their thoroughness and their commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.

Zach Joslyn performed an a/c annual tune up. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He checked every thing from the air filter to the thermostat including the unit itself. Zack Extremely ambitious, courteous, hard-working. He serviced my air-conditioning unit today on my service plan. He took all the panels off, showed me all that he was doing explained the filter needing change how to do it. He clean the coils tested the unit. Then he went outside. Did a thorough cleaning of my outside AC unit He tested the coolant levels: He also checked that electrical was working properly. He really earned my respect felt very good about his evaluation. Chris and his team installed a tankless water heater today (6/6/23) and did a fantastic job. They were very professional, timely and did a fantastic job explaining how the system works and addressing my questions. Would recommend them to anyone. Update (9/15/23) - Andrew serviced our central air unit and provided a very transparent and thorough overview of the system and recommendations. His input helped me make an informed decision to replace the AC and furnace. Very happy with the service and overall experience.

Tommy and Dennis serviced two residential air conditioners. They took their time and did an excellent job inside and out. They explained what was happening to me so that I understood. Very happy with their work. I would certainly calling them again.

Very happy with my service from start to finish. They were able to move my appointment up a week when my tub faucet went from bad to worse. Chris L. was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose my problem almost instantly. He then gave me a very reasonable recommendation at a fair cost. I called Reimer for the first time because I was having a leak with my shower. I was really impressed with their service from the start. The woman who answered the phone was polite and made great notes about the problem I was experiencing. She was able to schedule me same day. Marty came to the service call and was wonderful. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Carl came the next day to do the work and he was phenomenal as well. Highly recommend this company!

Called the business that we needed air conditioning repair work done, technician came the next morning, we decided to get whole new heating and air conditioning system, and they came and installed it the following day. Kept me updated with when they were coming, they came on time and were very prompt and efficient workers and got us set up all in one installation day. Went over everything with us. Very satisfied, thank you very much.

Andrew came within a few hours of my call to them. My air conditioning was not working properly. He diagnosed the issues and determined I needed a new unit. While here I asked him to look at my furnace also as it it older and has given me a few problems this past winter. We discussed the problems and decided it was best to change both units out at this time.

He spent a lot of time explaining the cost and cost effectiveness of different units. He helped me with financing it so it will work best for me. Our air conditioning system was not working properly and Reimer sent technician Andrew Westpfahl out to our home to diagnose the issue. After looking everything over, he did a great job in explaining the situation and all our options to resolve the problem. My wife and I decided to go with a brand new furnace and A/C system for peace of mind and Andrew went above and beyond to get us set up.

The following morning they sent an installation crew (Gavin Zaczek and Tyler Barnes) out to begin the job. These guys did a fantastic job of installing the new A/C system, furnace, and digital thermostat. They also did such a good job cleaning up, that you wouldn't even know an installation took place. These technicians were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and experienced. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Reimer - hands down, the best there was, the best there is, and the best there ever will be!

We had a laundry vent that was severely blocked. The vent ran up through the wall and over another wall. There was no way we were going to clear it. When we were looking for someone we could call, Google showed they had a great rating. We thought this was going to cost us a boat load to open two walls and re-run the vent line. Instead they came up with an alternative run that was extremely reasonable. Chris Reimer came over initially to evaluate the work that needed to be done and made the first suggestion, but since it wasn't what he did all the time he called Todd, who to our great surprise came over the same day.

He agreed with Chris and began the work right away. Both gentlemen were very professional and personable at the same time. Todd took his time and explained everything that he was doing. The work looked beautiful when finished. We cannot express how grateful we are to Reimer. Great employees excellent work. Thanks again.

Chris was an amazing guy! Helpful and professional. Very knowledgeable. He was great with our dogs and respectful of my home. If I had cash, I would have given him a tip! I would recommend for anyone, but especially for people needing the sense of security/ empathy.

John Hammill came out and gave us a reasonable price for installation of a ducless HVAC system. He was very patient and respectfull in answering our questions. On a rainy, chilly day, Allen Border and his son Joshua arrived to begin the installation. They were prompt, polite, and throughly professional during the long day it took to complete the job. The two units they installed are working flawlessly, and we are very happy with the results! Will definetly recommend Reimer to anyone looking for HVAC work on their home!

Had to have the hot water replaced All options were clearly explained to us. The cost the time and warranty and maintenance schedule. We decided to go with your tankless system. Carl and Cody were on time professional and did the job in a very timely manner. Upon completion of the installation I was shown the unit and was completely informed of it's function. Carl and Cody left the space clean and we're extremely kind and welcoming me to Buffalo as this is my first time living here.

Very professional and on time. Offered advice on what we have available to us in either repairing or replacing our furnace. Also referred one of their plumbers to stop by to check our aging hot water tank. No charge plumbing inspection as well.

We woke up yesterday morning to a cooler than normal house. The furnace boiler was running but the house wasn't warming. We immediately called Reimer. After explaining the problem we were told they would call us back in a few minutes to let us know when someone could get here. A couple minutes later they called back and said someone would be here in about an hour.

Less than a hour later, Lou the service tech arrived. After running some tests on the pumps and electrical system, he diagnosed that the problem was with the relays that turned on and off the pumps and furnace burner. That is why we like Reimer. Although he said we should consider upgrading our really old heating system, he tried to repair the problem.

After doing a good cleaning of the contacts, everything began working just fine. He did no high pressure selling to convince us to buy new relays at $385 each (x2). Instead we were charged less than $100 for the service call and repair. This is why we recommend this company.

Recently got a AC part fixed by Reimer. Everyone I dealt with in company was extremely professional from the office workers to the repairmen. I have three dogs that are friendly (but a handful) which the workers were very nice to. Prices were straightforward and the work was completed on time. A minor issue came up after installation which the company came out and fixed under warranty, and again were extremely friendly. Would recommend company for HVAC repair.
