Diagnostic service call was setup and executed flawlessly. Both Taylor Heating and their representative Donny kept me informed to the minute when he would arrive and what I should expect. His diagnosis of my furnace problem and my repair options were clearly explained with the technical details meeting my engineering expectations. Do yourself a favor and always get a quote from Taylor Heating for any of your HVAC issues.

These guys are great! Always patient and through explaining why things aren't working properly. Prices are reasonable. Always arrive on time. Never pushy or trying to up sell me on things I don't need.

Donny was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. Josh and Anthony just finished the install and they did a great job. It was an all day job and they stayed late to make sure everything was installed correctly and working properly.

Jonah was pleasant and knowledgeable. Shared all his findings, was very informative on the causes and meanings of the findings. No surprises, no upselling. Actually arrived early for appointment after contacting us for permission. Taylor did not install our furnace but they did install our AC 3 years ago, which was also a good experience. This visit was maintenance on both.

Joey DeLeon, John Wood, and Anthony Hansen were absolutely amazing! I needed my heat pump unit and water heater replaced. The company was able to coordinate everything to be replaced and installed all on the same day! They were all very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Everything is working better than ever! My son and his wife purchased a home 12/22 only to find out the inspector did not I uncover a furnace that was throwing out 25% carbon dioxide. They want to have the furnace cleaned only to get this bad news. The furnace had to be replaced. Taylor heating replaced the furnace. Applying the cleaning charge toward the furnace. They were prompt, answering any questions and the installation was done with care and attention to detail. My son and daughter in law along with my husband were very pleased with the service and respect.

I just had Ron Cassel out to perform our first maintenance inspection on our Daikin HVAC system and I was very impressed with his timeliness, professionalism, knowledge, thoroughness of inspecting our system while explaining everything he was doing and why. He also explained things I should do on my end to help maintain the system as well as to help it perform at its best.

He took pictures and details to take back to keep on record so we have them for the next time. Thanks Ron! Much appreciated. I also just had Danny and Dan clean our Ducts and Furnace and I am so happy with their service. They were professional, hard-working, cleaned up after and just great to talk with. I had an early morning electrical emergency. Taylor was so responsive. They sent someone out right away, assessed the issue, and said they would prioriting the repairs (power out). Taylor Heating was a great company to work with! All the way from our first meeting with Donny and talking about all our options and what the biggest bang for our buck would be. Then having David and Brandon come and do the installation and walking us through the set up and care instructions. Taylor Heating is a top notch company with great team members! We use Taylor's for different things in our home. Most of their people are great. They always try to get you an appointment as soon as possible. Their office staff is amazing. I would always use Taylor's. They are very professional and explain things so you understand what is going on.

Jonah arrived to service my AC and from start to finish was friendly, informative, and thorough in his work. From the basic thoughtfulness of removing his shoes to giving me specific readings and explaining what they meant, his service was top notch! Way to go Taylor for hiring such knowledgeable, courteous and hard working people like Jonah!

We had a leaking water tank issue. Sean Smith is the technician that came out to find the problem. We were concerned the water tank may have needed replacement since it was leaking from the bottom and I didn't see any other signs of leakage. I had turned off the water and the leakage stopped. Sean immediately noticed the cause of the leakage once he turned on the water.

He then replaced the fitting that was leaking and serviced the water heater to make sure there were no other issues. His approach is very friendly, professional, and he answered all the questions I presented to him. He clarified why the leakage appeared on the bottom which gave me a clear picture of why it did come out the bottom. Great company, they also installed our furnace in the past, very happy with this organization.

My family got me to try Taylor heating, they treated my parents well and they have held up greatly at my home too. Jonah was very friendly and professional and gave us confidence in the quality of service we received. Solid work, no call backs, they show up on time, and ready to work. Their product was installed and cared for as expected. Breath of fresh, cool air.

EDIT 2/16/23: We had a really high electric bill for Nov/Dec and became more concerned when it went up for Jan/Feb. Turns out we had a leak and were down to less than 2lbs of refrigerant. Called Taylor to come out and Donny was who we initially spoke to to get everything set up and scheduled. David and Michael were our installers and they came 2 days later.

We had to have a variety of things replaced! New heat pump, condenser, coil, line set, drain tube, condensation pump, and some duct work revisions. They spent most of the day here and they did an excellent job. Everything looks cleaner and more streamlined? I think our old stuff was jerry rigged, to be honest. I probably annoyed them for most of the time, but I know so much more now about heat pumps.

They were nice and friendly and answered all my questions and explained things in a way that made sense. They were respectful of our property and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished. Obviously the best part is that my house is now HEATING and I can keep it above 64°. Will continue to call these guys when needed. (Nov 2021): The power went out a few days ago and when it came back on, the furnace did not.

As soon as I realized that we weren't getting any heat, and tried checking the breaker, etc., I called Taylor and they had a guy out to our house less than 2 hours later. Turns out it was a blown fuse (which I now know how to replace on my own)! We have an old unit, so I went ahead and paid for the yearly maintenance. No complaints and I'll obviously be using them again!

My AC decided to stop working on one of the hottest days of the year and they were able to get out to me the same day to get it fixed. The technician was able to diagnose the problem real quickly and have everything back up and running in less than 30 minutes. I'm very grateful for their quick response and the ability to get the job done right!

Chad was instrumental in getting AC installed in our home. He provided detailed information on what options were available and an estimate of the work to be done. Two days later, Joey and Sean, along with their helpers, were here to install our new system. The installation was flawless. We are now happily enjoying our new AC system!

Joe was wonderful. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and performed a thorough analysis/diagnostic and quickly identified the cause of our AC unit not working (refrigerant leak). He was also very friendly and professional. The cost of the diagnostic was extremely reasonable and I would recommend using Taylor, and wish we would have called them previously, especially given the fact that the issue that was identified was same one that was supposed to have been fixed by another AC repair company who came out to do work on the unit previously.

Nar Lopez helped get the gas furnace replaced and was very helpful in getting complete replacement to Mitsubishi Hyper heat pump, all electric.

Donny was extremely professional and had great communication even before making it to the appointment time we were given by the office. He reached out to get a better understanding of what system we had and sent me pictures to help me identify specific things prior to him arriving. He communicated when he was on his way and arrived on time. Found our problem quickly and got parts ordered and a follow up call scheduled for the next day. He was easy to work with and made the whole process very smooth by being so proactive.

I noticed that the representative whose name was Nar was very honest and trustworthy. He had a very positive attitude which not too many salesmen have. I felt no pressure at all and enjoyed his company and knowledge he had about the systems. Had a new heating system put in yesterday and heat pump install and I'm very happy with it. The technicians were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Brooks did a great job! Checked out my crawl space for me in addition to the install very helpful. Highly recommended these guys!

First thing I noticed when I opened my garage door was a welcoming smile from Ron and a strong handshake. He was professional all the way through the appointment. He gave me a few different options to get my furnace fixed and also let me know about their financing offers. I would definitely recommend this company, with just the little bit I saw. 4 stars!

The initial consult went so well and he even helped explain quotes we received from other companies AND was able to beat their pricing for better units. Chris and his team showed up to install and it was nice to have them text when they were on their way, call with any questions/concerns during installation, and have them finish so quickly. When this snow hit our furnace decided it didn't want to work anymore. I called Taylor hearing and A/c in the morning and they were so polite and had me scheduled for the next morning for diagnostics. Not only were we scheduled during this bad weather but the service Tech Donny Rogers called and was able to get to us a little earlier. He was so professional and nice and understanding of our situation. Checked everything out efficiently and gave us all the information up front so we could make the best decision for us.

With the issues we decided to move forward and replace the furnace because of the transparency and his expertise. I really appreciate the honesty and quote during these cold times. I would highly recommend using them for your needs and will do another update as the work is performed and we get heat!
