Today they saved me. I got a plumber from another company to come today to get shut off valves and cap the drains of my unfinished bathroom, the plumber came looked at my bathroom and basically said "Sorry for waisting your time, i dont want to do this job get someone else". I quicked called CPI Plumbing to see if they can help me because my plumber from another company just left me. CPI sent me someone one who arrived just 1hr after I called, he completed the job the same day.they did a great job, great quality of work, the precission, it was worth every penny. Ryan was the plumber, super knowledgeable, kind, and just good at what he does. For sure I will use them again.

Michael Olsen did an exceptional job yesterday repairing our Triangle Water Boiler in our cabin on Decatur Island. His service was prompt, efficient and thorough. He displayed a lot of knowledge about our boiler and I highly recommend him. Tom

We want to thank CPI Plumbing & Heating for the work they did for us. It was the Friday before Labor Day weekend, which is a difficult time to get someone out to help. We had to turn off the water to the house because of a problem we were having with our shower, and we had a very busy weekend planned with people coming up for the weekend. CPI Plumbing had a 'no problem. how can we help' attitude regarding the problem we were having and they sent Corbin out right away to help us. Corbin was so knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to.

He fixed our problem right away with that same can-do attitude. We can't thank Corbin and CPI Plumbing & Heating enough for coming out so quickly on a very busy start to a long weekend and saving the day (and weekend)!

Not only were they on time, they had an appointment open up earlier in the day so they came early. Very polite, and professional. Cleaned up after they fixed my leak, and were careful not to have to take out more of my wall than absolutely necessary. Highly recommend.

Ryan came out to inspect and service my furnace. He was on time and through. He explained everything he was doing and why. Offered up a couple of options for considering down the road. Price was reasonable for the job.

Brannigan provided absolutely top-notch service! From the project estimate to the installation work, Brannigan's utmost attention to detail clearly demonstrates his commitment to the highest quality and pride of workmanship. When we asked questions about the work, Brannigan readily shared his knowledge and expertise. For example, before disposing our 16-year-old water heater, he removed the sacrificial anode to explain how it works and to show the extensive deterioration/corrosion.

We also give a shout-out to Amanda. Amanda's care and thoroughness in coordinating logistics, completing administrative requirements, and facilitating other communications was critical to ensuring no loose ends and the smooth progress of the project.

Davis Cook came to my home and gave me an estimate on what needed to be done under my house to get the heating working in the back of my house as it does in the front. He was personable, on time, answered all of my questions. I couldn't have asked for better service.

We called CPI and had an appointment the next morning. Our CPI plumbers showed up in uniform with smiles on their faces and analyzed my problem. They presented solutions with costs. Within two hours our problem was solved to our complete satisfaction. We were so impressed we even signed on for their annual maintenance agreement plan! Couldn't be happier.

Ryan at CPI did my well repair and I am just so impressed with the turn around time from the time they came out to see what was wrong to the time of completion was only two days. Arnaldo was a consumate professional. He did an assessment of my Mitsubishi heat pump that was not working and found a simple solution to the problem. He spent the time needed to help me understand all the assessment steps he took to fix my heat pump. Thank you for making sure my home will be warm this winter and providing me a plan for maintenance in the future. CPI was very responsive to my online request for an appointment and taking the needed information so Arnaldo was well of the issue needing to be addressed. Ryan Frizzel with CPI is a great plumber. Very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed several issues for us all at once and seemed very efficient. Cleaned up well too after cutting into drywall. Also provided several options when he gave us quotes which I really appreciated.

We have used CPI several times over the many years. The last year we had a major water leak and damage. Mike Smalanska and Francisco Mendoza came out quickly and assessed the damage and what needed to be done. Nothing starts until all has been explained to you and what the cost will be. We have always had excellent serive, work and response from CPI and trust the completely.

It was my first experience with CPI, and I was very pleased. Quality next day service is hard to come by. Bought a 90's manufactured home and needed a full re-plumb to get all the poly-b out, and might as well get a water softener and filters if I'm getting a full re-plumb. Their technician listened to all my needs and concerns and implemented a custom plan that met all of them. In addition, it wasn't until after the work was done that I noticed that they had run a new drain pipe along the outside of my house that didn't look super flattering; on my request they promptly came back out and re-ran it under the deck and looks much better.

One call and I got a plumber out to my house within an hour. I was away on a trip when my waterheater stopped working, but they worked with me over the phone. Thorough. Professional. And within a few hours my Waterheater was working again. Haven't had to have any plumbing work done since before COVID, so I thought the price a little high, but I have hot water. That's worth a lot.

Ryan at CPI was great. He was available to arrive 30 minutes after my initial call for a faulty hose bib and a sewer smell coming from the upstairs tub. My dog loved Ryan, and he knocked out the work super quick. I was able to take a couple Zoom calls while he worked; next thing I knew, the hose bib was installed in the crawl space and works great. The tub job was a bit pricey and didn't fix the issue, but I am satisfied with the services performed. I'm 1 step closer to troubleshooting the tub drain issue.

Over the last four years we've had slow drains and drain clogs and I almost lost my hands trying to do my own pipes. Mike was very professional and a very sweet person and the gentleman that came with him as well I really appreciate the professional service and they didn't make us feel bad when we failed the credit check to get new pipes he just gave me hope that we can get through and save enough to get our work done down the road.

I scheduled an appointment with CPI to do a tuneup on my heat pump system! Manuel showed up on time and was both knowledgeable and professional! He serviced the heat pump and inspected the plumbing system for potential issues and made several suggestions to upgrade our plumbing system that we are considering! I highly recommend Manuel V. And the whole CPI team!

Ryan was knowledgeable, professional, prompt and thorough. My only 'negative' feedback is related to the fact that I was not really prepared for the amount of water mess that was left behind. Had I known there would be water outside our shower - floor, rugs, carpet - I would have thrown down some towels. Otherwise, we are very pleased with what we got.

Although we're not able at this time to order the service needed at our home, we were extremely impressed with Mr. River Greenwood's timely arrival, efficient investigation, and highly descriptive evaluation - all with the utmost courtesy and concise description of our problem. The resolution plan & process was presented in a manner that was clearly understandable and logical.

Mr Greenwood also convinced us to have confidence and trust in the integrity of CPI which is a concern when we've had no previous affiliation with CPI. Davis was thorough, punctual, and deductive. He was friendly and attentive, and went out of his way to make sure I understood what my options were. My only issue was he didn't wear a mask despite my request with the scheduler to do so.

They responded and came over very quickly. Our technician looked over our water filter system and performed tests on our water. His explanation made it very easy to understand what the test was about and which system would be compatible for our house. They were very thorough about our safety. We would definitely recommend!
