I'm so glad I found this business when looking for someone to repair two windows on my home that were broken in a storm. The lady I talked to on the phone when I called was very helpful, friendly and pleasant. She spent a good amount of time talking to me and texting me. I live far away from their office, so she requested that I send pictures to their technician so that they could give me a quote for repair.
The whole process was easily accomplished, she called me with a quote and set up an appointment for me promptly. Eugene came to my house to repair the windows. He was friendly and polite. It was immediately apparent that he knew how to do his job quickly and very effectively. I am extremely happy with the repair job, which he did for a fraction of the price of replacing the two large windows. They are as good as new. Wow is and understatement for this company. They did pretty amazing work for the large picture frame window I needed installed. They did the estimate, cut the glass and installed the glass all in one day. I sat and watched and the work was pretty flawless. If you're looking for a good price and flawless work, trust me they have it down. I'll be in contact soon for the other windows I want replaced in my house Thank you.

They don't call themselves WOW Fix for nothing. I needed the bottom of 6 window frames fixed due to rot. My windows a Wood Pella windows installed in 1989. I did not want to replace them because any new windows would not match the rest of the house and wood windows would be costly. I'd suffer from the sticker shock of replacing the windows. So I searched and searched for a repair company that could do frames. Eugene and a second person came out and quoted the entire project which also included fixing some flashing on a patio door for $2400.
I know this might sound costly, but the replacement of the windows would have been over $7000. At first I though he was pushy, but then I realized it wasn't pushiness. It was bold confidence. Eugene showed me everything I needed to see and even did one window for me before doing the others to gain my confidence in the repair. AND he did the repairs immediately.
I immediately. When I said yes, he said where's an outlet so I can plug in my saw? The work was done the same day I got the quote. The end result was WOW. They look like new and operate better than before. The cost was within my budget and I didn't have to wait weeks to get it done. Eugene is a miracle worker.

Awesome job! I needed 2 windows fixed my son shot them with a BB gunMost places told me I needed to replace the whole window and it was pretty pricey. I called WOW and they came right out. Eugene was timely and professional and fixed them within a few hours! WOW is right! Most places I called said it would take 2-3 weeks. The price to fix was phenomenal! I just can't say enough! Need a window fixed this is your place to call!
