While they could not respond to my emergency right away, they were responsive, upfront about availability and followed up to see if they could help when available. I was so impressed that I had Eddie follow up to review a sewer leak repair by others in our basement and make recommendations for system upgrades. He didn't try to upsell anything like unnecessary drain cleaning - just provided good suggestions for future upgrades. Mayer Plumbing is responsive & professional!

We had a weird problem: odd stink in shower. Eddie fit us in under an hour after I called. He spent a long time trying everything to find the source but he had no luck. He'd gotten up close and personal with all of our fixtures and I was happy to pay his call out rate but he wouldn't take the money since he didn't find the issue. He even recommended a leak testing service that does not work with him!
This is a hell of a plumbing company and I'm glad I called them. The weird smell ended up being a weird plastic hose on our new shower heads. I'll be replacing the hoses post haste.

Eddie went far and above by completely reworking an undersink drain configuration that had to be changed due to a new undermount sink that prevented the old hookup meeting code. Eddie used his many years experience to come up with a unique solution to plug up the old drain outlet which was too high, and use the much lower drain outlet previously used for an old dishwasher, and run the new dishwasher drain to the garbage disposal.
Everything including his sink faucet and dishwasher install are working perfectly. His charge was reasonable, work product perfect, personality friendly and respectful, and we highly recommend Eddie and Brandon.

Eddie was so nice and personable. Plus the work he did was of the highest quality. He took the time to explain to me how to adjust temperature and other things to watch for. I'm retired and live on a fixed income but I felt what I was charged was reasonable. I will definitely recommend Meyer Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

Eddie did an excellent job replacing the check valve on our sump pump with a Zoeller check valve. He also installed corrugated sump pump hose to aid draining the water further away from our home & our neighbors. He did a thorough evaluation to determine if we had additional water issues in our basement. He suggested we install another home security water monitor close to the sump pump. He educated us as to what to look for in the future. We will definitely contact him in the future.

Highly recommend! Eddie and Brandon were able to accommodate my plumbing problem quickly and efficiently. They communicated clearly and honestly about the situation; as well as, potential and realistic issues of possible plumbing nightmares. Fast, friendly, reliable and affordable are not words many people use to describe home service providers these days. But when I hired Mayer Plumbing to do some work in my home, he was all over it. This time when I called Eddie the owner about services (replacing all my old water and main shutoff valves in the basement), the job was completed the very next day!
His workmanship was great, which gave me confidence that my plumbing problems were no longer a worry for me. He always goes over and above my expectations, which is very satisfying as a home owner. We woke up at our house just days before our family was coming to visit, to zero hot water pressure. Made a few calls to plumbing places to be put on their list of next available openings. Got on the phone with Mayer plumbing who said he could be out that day. 30 minutes later he was at our house trouble shooting the unusual problem. I called Mayer Plumbing for a sudden potential emergency sink valve repair. I was so very lucky he had an opening the next morning!
