Our compressor quit working. Chase came out and found that a capacitor went out. He had it changed in no time, and then checked both the air and the heat to make sure everything was working as it should. He even changed our filters before he left. He was responsive, informative and courteous. Service:HVAC system repair

Their technician came to my home and checked my AC unit and told me that the AC compressor is bad and they charge me a diagnostic fee of $130 so fortunately I didn't listen to them and ask another experienced AC guy which was also technician he came and cleaned up the unit and it's working fine no problem their diagnostic technician knew nothing about AC unit, I was almost losing $4000 and ended up fixing it for $400. Updated 8/31 Regarding my experience Customer Service did reach out and followed up and started refund diagnostics charges. I appreciate their customer service.

My overall experience with the company is excellent, from contacting Jazmin at the office to the tech coming and then installation day. The whole experience was just amazing. I had no AC for 3 days he a couple companies who came late and also wanted crazy amount of money to replace the system. The Right choice came same day and replace the all system in the matter of hours charging a fair price. I must mention Tom as he was the one who took care everything he was very professional and kind. Definitely going to call Tom again!

The Right Choice company is the best my furnace stopped working on a Saturday morning after calling many other Companies TRC answered my call on the first time and was able to send a tech within the hour. Thanks to Emilio who was very professional and detailed on what had gon wrong. Also for being able to fix my unit i now have a cozy warm home! I would definitely recommend them and would definitely use them again!
