Amazing company to work with. Everybody is very nice and professional. Kinda hard to get them out sometimes (completely understandable due to the time of year). but worth the wait if needed. It's best to set up a scheduled visit that way u know when they are coming. N when they say they will be there they always are! They don't mind teaching alil here n there to help just in case they can't get there asap. Great prices and honest about what is going on. We love the Crystal Clear family

We have been using Crystal Clear Pools when we had an above ground pool. We went with them after several quotes to put in our in ground pool. They have always been very helpful when getting chemicals leveled out and answering any questions We have had. We called last week knowing our pump was going out. We understood that it would be several weeks before Dean would be able to get to replace it for us because of the season.
Unfortunately our pump went out yesterday morning. I called that morning and told them that I was just checking to see where we were on the call list. I was still expecting at least a week or so before Dean would be able to make it. Much to my surprise and satisfaction, he showed up the same afternoon I called and replaced the pump along with other items we needed done. I couldn't be more pleased with their customer service!

We called Dean with Crystal Clear Pools and Spas when we needed someone to refurbish our pre existing pool. It was a difficult task since our home was located on hilly terrain.
